When my order arrived it was all over the place the delivery driver from door dash didn’t handle it carefully at all and I was promised another pizza was coming but never showed up spent 55 dollars for something I couldn’t even eat and nothing was done about it. 02/01/2025

Worst pizza I’ve ever had! I decided to try them again after the previous worst pizza I’ve ever had a year ago from here. They have not change. Manager was rude and hung up on me when I said my pizza came wrong and raw dough. What needs to be done to actually see change at this place? Papa Johns was my favorite my whole life until I moved here and had no choice to order from here. I know it’s just food but it’s unfortunate nothing changes.

I had the worst pizza I have ever had in my life from here. I order the stuffed cheese crust sausage pizza and it was soggy, the pizza sauce had no flavor which I swear was just straight can tomatoes, and the sausage tasted like it was dipped in cleaning fluid. I will never order from here again!

Door dash delivery drivers are garbage. Bring back team members to do delivery as they might have a little more pride in the work they do than someone who delivers because they can’t get a real job.
The manager working on 3/2 was rude and then called me back and says I can’t order pizza from there any longer. Boo hoo.

Placed an order online. Was told I would have the pizza delivered by 609pm. Comes 609pm get an updated email saying now it is running 50 minutes late. Great service.

I would have given zero Stars if it was possible. I ordered a delivery to be delivered at a specific time when I got to the hotel after being on the road all day. We had a show to be at tonight, now we're going without dinner because nobody called to tell me they didn't have a delivery driver available to bring it, wonderful job 👎👎👎
