Rarely is the order ready on time….absolute gaggle back there with….no one knows how long a pizza actually takes to make….placed order over an hour before and still wasn’t ready….just never a good experience

We got pizza here at a not super busy time, however, they tranfered our order to doordash delivery making the food delivered over 30 mins after the expected time. It not only arrived cold, but also was sent the wrong food.

This store is a trip. We ordered our pizza and it was never delivered. The store said it was delivered and it wasn't. So we called the store and were promised a refund. Never got it. Stacy the manager of the Oak Creek. Wisconsin is a liar. They finally delivered an ice cold pizza, that we didn't want. It was the same pizza that had been sent out the first time returned to the store by their delivery person and re delivered. It had a new label but they never covered up the old one that was sent out somewhere. I wouldn't order from them again. Stacy the store manager is very unprofessional and nasty. Customer care is a bunch of people who don't live in the US and couldn't care less.

I ordered pizza 2 hours ago and waited and didn’t get my delivery. Called manager and he said he do not have driver’s ph number who supposedly delivering the pizza. Such a poor service. It happened 3-4 times that customer service or store messed up my order.

Jeremy was very unprofessional should not be telling me 20 min more on a pizza and it ends up being 55 more min total wait time was 1 hour and 25 min for a pizza. This location is going down hill more and more every time I come in

When my order arrived it was all over the place the delivery driver from door dash didn’t handle it carefully at all and I was promised another pizza was coming but never showed up spent 55 dollars for something I couldn’t even eat and nothing was done about it. 02/01/2025
