I would have given zero Stars if it was possible. I ordered a delivery to be delivered at a specific time when I got to the hotel after being on the road all day. We had a show to be at tonight, now we're going without dinner because nobody called to tell me they didn't have a delivery driver available to bring it, wonderful job 👎👎👎

Last night I had ordered a pizza online for carry out I picked it up and when I got home I realize they gave me the wrong pizza so I called the store to let them know and to see if I could come pick up the pizza I ordered (I used to work at Dominos and that’s what we would do if the customers order was wrong we would make a fresh pizza or whatever they got and give it to them to replace our mistake) NO the kid argued with me and was rude to me and said because I paid cash there was nothing they could do? A manager called me back five minutes later and I spoke with her and she said she put a credit on my account to get a free pizza next time I come in so that was nice of her at least. I don’t know if I will be using it though because I tried a piece of the pizza I got and it was awful honestly and I am not very picky. I don’t even know how long it was sitting on the heat rack before I got it either which I didn’t think about before taking a few bites, ? my mistake. Oh and then I got a few No Caller ID prank phone calls about ten minutes after I spoke with the manager so I’m assuming it was the raggedy kids that work there. Just a warning for anybody that’s thinking of ordering food from this place.

Doordash delivers and can't knock on door. 11 dollars more tacked on for delivery and tip, think they could knock. Why isn't there pick-up on app.

Orders are ready on time and almost never a long wait. When they do make a rare mistake, they make it right (we recently had an issue and they owned the mistake and more than made up for it). We've been ordering from here for almost 20yr now and they have always done a great job!

Instead of Taco Tuesday we decided to order pizza. Best decision we made. We ordered online for delivery. Shortly after placing our order I received a call from D.J. who informed me they were out of wings and would I like to substitute or receive a refund. We asked for the brownies and we were not disappointed. Instead of a miscellaneous substitution or allowing a missing item delivery, he was kind and considerate in calling. He brought a smile to my face. During the call I could hear co-workers talking and laughing and that is where the 5 star rating came in for atmosphere. It sure was good to hear people laughing at work providing a service to me. The stuffed crust pizza and brownies were delivered piping hot and were absolutely delicious. Didn't get the name of the nice Uber driver. I then took a moment of my time to call D.J. back to let him know how great everything was. I hope I brought a smile to his face! We can never give or receive too many smiles or say thank you enough to let someone know we appreciate them. Thank you D.J., other staff and our friendly Uber delivery driver. We will be ordering again?

Refuse to do a door dash order at 10:30 pm and refuse to make it for a customer! Really pathetic and wrong customer service to deal with!

Their wings have the texture of being boiled. The worst wings ever. Then they drizzle sauce on top. Absolutely shameful to even serve wings to customers that way, we even chose well done online and we still got served rubber wing. They never have plates or napkins for their customers. I'm sorry, but I have gone to this location since I have been in high school, Papa John's fell off but I suppose no fast food is what it use to be. No pride in the food they make.

I ordered from them all the time and never had an issue until may last order. Had a deliver time scheduled and the pizza never came. So I called and there system that puts me on hold hangs up on me twice. Then I actually got a person on the phone and explained what happened and my name, again got hung up on. Tried calling two more times and got hung up on. Next thing you know, got a text from the delivery service saying my order is coming. I got the pizza over an hour past my scheduled time and on top of that, it was cold. My guess is that they forgot about my pizza until I called about it. Very disappointed about this order. You would think a scheduled order 3 hours before delivery would an easy one to manage.
