Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Great pizza, great taste, web site sucks for ordering.

My husband and I get this every week. This location is always friendly and the orders accurate. Only order on the app if you have an extra 15 minutes that you don't mind wasting.

Fast and accurate

The Big guy at the cash register was extremely rude (I am sure he is the one others are complaining about in their reviews.) There are a couple young kids that work here that show more respect for customers than this big grown man. He was rude, disrespectful and just disgusting. I can only imagine how he treats the kids working here when he is this disrespectful to adults. He obviously has an anger issue that is not conducive to being in customer service. To the owner, this is not a good look for your business.

The young men working at this location are just awesome. We usually go later in the day and see the same guys all the time.
Always friendly and make a great pizza. Hopefully they get credit for the great review.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Papa Murphys. Employees were high and incompetent at making pizzas. I ordered one medium pizza and when I went in to pick up the pizza the store was not busy. Upon picking up the pizza I noticed the dough was barely coming up the side of the tray in certain spots. Only one third of the pizza has crust. I asked if I could get a new one made and the worker told me he can’t give me a new pizza because of that. No apology nor explanation was given. Absolutely disappointed with the terrible service.

Cashier was extremely rude and was yelling at me because he claims he couldn’t hear my order. Rude on every level. I spoke with the manger who was siding with the cashier and didn’t think he was rude. She was making excuses for him. Obviously doesn’t know her role as a manager. Because they had a busy day they think it’s ok to yell at people. I called the company and made a complaint because I will not tolerate this type of behavior as a customer.

The location provides great service and the pizzas are always as ordered.

Not this time but once we ordered the dairy free cheese & it must not have been. My daughter had an allergic reaction. They need to be more careful or not offer it. This time I picked up a pizza for my boyfriend’s parents.

Will not be buying any more pizza until you go back to your regular sausage. Get rid of the grumbling sausage that you are using now

Ease and speed of ordering on line for pickup. Value of product for the cost.
