My pizza wasn't on the pickup rack when I walked in. One of the employees saw me looking and asked for my name to see if it was in the back. He found it after about a minute. Staff was friendly. Never have an issue here

The absolute worst customer service. The employees and management didn’t not have respect for the customer. They do not communicate well. I didn’t even get my pizza after the communication. They never have medium crust available even though it is on the menu.

The manager Was rude would not give her name. They were out of medium pizzas I asked if they could do the large for the medium price seeing as I had drove 20mins to them and had also called the phone multiple times with no answer the worker named Joseph proceeded to slam the phone on the hook multiple times and toss the base saying "the phone don't work see" I told him who's fault was that he said "its not ours" so I said "well whos is it is it mine?" He said "its not ours" so then I asked the manager if she thought the way he was speaking to me was appropriate she said "well you said something and then he said something back" so I don't know. So I said I will be calling corporate asked for both names she wouldn't give me hers just said "manager" then Joseph as I was walking out proceeded to say "have a bad day" I've never been treated this horribly at an establishment. I was not rude I just had simply asked a question. Will be contacting the corporate office immediately.

How do you stop taking orders before 5:00 pm on New Year’s Eve? I’m good with taking my business elsewhere but that just doesn’t seem like a good business practice.

Tried to order pizza in store at 3:00pm on12/31/23. Apparently, this store doesn’t like serving people in person, because they had signs on their door, “not taking orders.” Not knowing what the hell that might mean for a place whose entire business is based on taking orders, I went in to ask what that means. Several kids were busy making pizzas and just shook their heads no. Another older man walked out from the back and in an extremely aggravated tone, stated, “we’re not taking any orders.” Let’s face it, papa Murphy’s is a fine pizza for what it is, but it ain’t like it’s the greatest pizza ever made. So, basically why the hell would anyone go there to get an ok pizza that I have to cook myself only to be talked at like I’m inconveniencing them by patronizing their business? Long story short, based on this and many previous reviews over the last year, the owner needs to take a closer look at who’s running the place and find people that care. As for me, I won’t be going to this location any time soon. I’d rather eat a frozen Totino’s pizza. That should tell you everything you need to know about their customer service.

Very quick, especially for a $10 Tuesday pizza deal. Good pizzas, nice staff.
I placed an online order minutes before walking in. I checked the online rack and when I didn't find it a worked asked for a name. They then told me they hadn't made it yet and held up the ticket. I expected this. What I didn't expect was all the walk ins HAD to come first, even the ones that hadn't ordered yet. People came in the store after I checked in and they had their pizzas before mine was made.

Tried to order a pizza Sunday online during a long drive home and it was showing the store closed.Called and asked to place an order for pick up at 6:45, they asked if we could be there at 6:30. We cannot as we're driving in from out of town. Stated we would be there at the latest by 6:45 and was told they were closing early at 6:30.If you're supposed to be open till 7, be open till 7.
