There is never food here in the afternoon. The lights are off despite the target being open and the store being busy. Starbucks is active, but pizza never is.

Pizza was good, but didn't look too great. Almost as if someone was in a big hurry to get it ready. It also took about an hour to get here.

Good place to grab a small bite or an Icee. The downside being, they always seem to be closed or when they are supposed to be open, there is rarely an employee present. I frequent target on a weekly basis, so it can't be a coincidence.
