Good place to grab a small bite or an Icee. The downside being, they always seem to be closed or when they are supposed to be open, there is rarely an employee present. I frequent target on a weekly basis, so it can't be a coincidence.

Pizza was good, but didn't look too great. Almost as if someone was in a big hurry to get it ready. It also took about an hour to get here.
