Potbelly Sandwich Shop

This was our first time at a Pot Belly. I had the Avo Turkey on Multigrain bread and the hubby had the Prime Rib on White. We each got a small bag of chips and one Cold Brew shake.
Service was good, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Came in to kill some time as we’re driving through town, stopped here and got 2 subs, 2 soups, and 2 fountain drinks. Was almost $40 which seems pretty steep. I have type one diabetes, and need to know how many carb are in th food I’m eating to take insulin for it. When I asked if I could see the nutritional value sheet, the guy said he can’t give it out which was weird? Most places just hand it over real quick to let me see the info? Whatever though. I tell him if he could just tell me how many carbs are in it, he said sure, goes and gets the info, then comes out and says the sandwich has “about 80 carbs” and the soup, “has about 20 carbs”. I’m on a 1-8 scale so if the soup had 16 carbs and the sandwich had 76 carbs, I just overdosed on insulin by a full unit which would drop me 40 points. Little annoying.

First review I've ever left for something, but I felt the need to for how good the customer service was. The workers were very polite and welcoming. The food was delicious too. Keep up the great work!

We stopped here on our way to milwaukee. We were visiting our son in waukegan. It was march 18th at 11:15 in the morning we got right in. The guy that started our order was beyond nice and informative.Definitely recommend this specific store because of the guy that was working. BTW all of our food was good too.

Great customer service and food!

They charge more than $2 more for just a bowl of soup on Doordash and Uber Eats than in store. Price gouging at it's finest.

After today I will never step foot in this location again. They only had two people working the lunch rush so I waited forever to get my order taken. No biggie I understand that but then when checkout time came there was a line 8 people deep all holding their food ready to pay. The workers decided that was a good time to refill all the stations instead of get customers out the door. I wasn't snotty but I mentioned to the guy I need to go and he mumbled something under his breath. Overall I waited about 45 minutes for my lunch and by the time I was able to eat it it was cold.

Came in for a quick bite ... First how nice and clean the restaurant is... the service was excellent Eryk was very helpful and friendly.. the food was fast and really good.. the kids ate it all ...we will definitely be back

I love this potbelly location. There is a gentleman that works here and his name is Erick. I’ve been here more times than I’d like to admit , and this guy has been phenomenal every single time I’ve ever been there. Even when I’ve went extremely close to closing time. I didn’t know Erick’s Name until today when I asked him. The food is always amazing and the service is always great. I recently moved to oak creek earlier this year so this place has become a go to for myself and my small family. Shoutout to Erick for being awesome everytime. Sorry if I spelled that wrong! Just all around amazing!
