At this location you don’t feel like you are an inconvenience when you stop in for a meal. The service is excellent, staff is very friendly. Food is great, AND they always make shakes. It’s clean and all around one of the better locations to go to.

I had a delievery order and I am missing my chips, I called and was put on hold for over 11minutes when i decided to hang up. I have called back several times with no answer. I would like my money back for the chips .

Manager was fantastic, very respectful to his team and courteous. Went on the BOGO sub day when they were slammed with orders and got my food quickly and still with great service. Im not sure how to spell his name, but it looked like Eriyk. If he is not the manager they should strongly consider a promotion for him.
Fabulous service, manager is on point, very kind and treats his staff well. Food was tasty and hot as to be expected. We will be returning. Ty oak creek potbellys!!!

This was our first time at a Pot Belly. I had the Avo Turkey on Multigrain bread and the hubby had the Prime Rib on White. We each got a small bag of chips and one Cold Brew shake. Service was good, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Thank you! 😊

Came in to kill some time as we’re driving through town, stopped here and got 2 subs, 2 soups, and 2 fountain drinks. Was almost $40 which seems pretty steep. I have type one diabetes, and need to know how many carb are in th food I’m eating to take insulin for it. When I asked if I could see the nutritional value sheet, the guy said he can’t give it out which was weird? Most places just hand it over real quick to let me see the info? Whatever though. I tell him if he could just tell me how many carbs are in it, he said sure, goes and gets the info, then comes out and says the sandwich has “about 80 carbs” and the soup, “has about 20 carbs”. I’m on a 1-8 scale so if the soup had 16 carbs and the sandwich had 76 carbs, I just overdosed on insulin by a full unit which would drop me 40 points. Little annoying.
