Best lunch in Oak Creek. Sometimes when I'm on my third cup of coffee for the morning I begin daydreaming about the BLTA. It's just so good. Friendly service is a bonus.Parking: Shared lot with other vendors

It was not hard at all for me to find something yummy in minutes. I decided to get the pizza melt with no mushrooms and my husband got "a wreck". The staff was super sweet and the store was very clean. The only thing that made me want to take a star away was that it was a little pricey.

My previous impression of this location was that it was great with a friendly staff and awesome service. Unfortunately, I've encountered some problems that makes me dock points off. I made 2 orders ahead on the app tonight, to be ready at 6pm. I placed the order at 5:30. I had placed the order to be ready at 6 because I had to eat on the run and wanted to make sure it would be ready. When I arrived at 6:25, only one of the orders was ready. When I asked about my other order, I was told that they didn't have another order for me. She said maybe my order was voided for whatever reason and that I should have gotten an email. (apparently this happens a lot?) I had not checked my email after receiving the confirmation that both orders were received. So, somehow my order was just voided for no reason, and I was left without a meal for hubby. The solution they offered was for me to put another order in the app, or just order with them there. But there was a group of some 7 people in line waiting for their food to get ready, and I wasn't offered to be first in line (I'm not even sure if that would have been fair for everyone in line anyway and would have felt too bad to jump in front of the line), and it would have taken another 15 minutes at least to get the food. I was already running late for a meeting, and really couldn't afford to wait for that long. So I gave hubby my food. I ended up having to skip dinner. Thankfully I had a bag of nuts in the car, so I could at least get some nutrition. I'm not a very happy patron at this moment. BUT, I still wouldn't have left another review, if this had been the first time this had happened. The same problem had happened a few months ago, where one of my orders were voided for no apparent reason. At that time, we had a little more time and ended up placing another order and waiting longer to get the food. But that this happened again, and that the happening made me go hungry all night is just not acceptable. I'm not sure that I could ever trust Potbelly again for a reliable meal. I would have to continually check my email to see if I have received a "there was a problem with your order" notice or call the store to confirm whether they received the order. What a totally messed up system! I've never had such app problems at other stores (ex. Starbucks, Panera, McDonalds). I would not order ahead at Potbelly's ever again, especially when I need my meal ready at a certain time. The staff was friendly and tried to do what she could. Since there was nothing she could do, I'm not finding fault with her. Perhaps I would come back to order a sandwich in person, in line. Or just go to another place that has a more reliable app system. It's too bad, really. If they can't figure out what's causing this problem, perhaps they should just go old school and not offer an app ordering system. ========================== previous review: I love potbelly's. They're just consistently good. So I won't comment on the food. Some locations are better than others, and this one was a 5. Clean, and well cared for. The server was also super! Knew exactly what I wanted/needed and made me feel so welcome and cared for. Wish I had gotten his name.

Ordered the full size Apple Walnut Salad, and there was no chicken in it. Tried to call the store, and it kept ringing and ringing and ringing. Nobody was picking up the phone. Paid over $11 for lettuce, some pieces of fruit and blue cheese. This is not the first time an ingredient or two was missing from what I ordered. The staff is usually nice, but they get distracted so much by talking, that they are not always paying attention to what they are doing or what the customer is saying they want.Food is good here, and the staff is usually nice, but make sure you are getting what you ordered and paid for.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We have been waiting for an order to be delivered and the the online order system says it hasn’t been started processing with 20 minutes past the delivery time. The store ignored three phone calls over the course of another 15 minutes as we wanted to get an update. When I arrived at the store in person to inquire about the order, the store manager had nothing but attitude and snarkiness to offer. “I ignore all phone calls while I’m serving other customers,” she said. On top of it, I get a pissy comment that “You know that my store doesn’t deliver, right?!” Well then I’d like to know why the hell i can choose delivery on your website?!? You are accountable for the service I pay for. If you have an issue with the delivery service you engage, fix it and take responsibility! Just unbelievably rude and zero sense of customer service.Don’t eat here, don’t order from here. Terrible business and incompetent management!

Horrible customer service! I ordered and 20 minutes later they were asking me to order again, and were very rude to me when I stated I had already ordered. Saying they don’t want to hear my concerns and to just hurry and give a payment method. Extremely rude, never coming here again.

Smoked Ham and Cheese is great. Very flavorful chili as well. Shakes mmmmm! Staff always seems friendly which these days is a plus.

Today 08/13/23 around 7:30pm was my first time at this location. I ordered a turkey and Swiss the man that took my order gave me nothing but attitude. I don't want to pull the race/culture card but I did notice the taller worker giving me the side eye because I wore my Kippah. I felt super embarrassed and confused by the way he was staring at me. Just by that alone I didn't want to eat anything anymore plus my food looked really tiny to be a so called "skinny". Never again. I should've just gotten a refund
