Horrible staff working today(07/19/24), waited atleast 10 mins for someone to take my order but nobody cared, and I was the only person waiting , so not even busy. They were just serving drive thru and people who were ordering online/app. Will never return to this place.

I never get Starbucks at this location because a year ago first time coming my frap wasn’t the same like on Drexel the baristas are stars there they make my order great each time they never miss .. but today I made a mistake and ordered through the app at this location so I had no choice but to come .. and like before the baristas don’t know how to make drinks even with the ingredients .. have to be passionate about serving drinks or they’ll never come out right…drinks weee watered down horrible .. best location is Drexel 5 star workers there

$16 for 2 drinks with ice filled to the brim. the ice was filled so high that you couldnt even see the drink at the top, only ice. ridiculous
