Came to order with my sister, and the lady only got her order and I had to wait after she did my sister's drink. Like why can't she just take both of our orders and do them together so we can leave together. Seems like she was busy talking then doing her job to notice.

They just don’t know how to make a coffee. There is no coffee in your coffee. It’s lukewarm water with tons of sugar and something called whipped cream. They need training.

Friendly employees but always out of something. No matter what I try to order, out of all iced coffee, venti's, refreshers. Your orderer needs a new job!!!
