Alyssa was awesome!.. usually at Starbucks they always pronounce my name wrong for some reason even after I’ve given them my name they must think I mispronounce my own name I guess I’m not sure what’s up with that and sometimes they’re kind of fake nice but Alyssa was very pleasant!

Good morning, today I realized my points would expire soon so I ordered an Iced Horchata Oat Shaken Expresso, but I ran into a problem. The app in default has all the drinks in size Grande I forgot to make mine Venti for it to be worth my points. Well I called them in advance to ask if they would update my drink to a venti hence I also used my rewards points. They totally helped. That’s not it, when I arrived to pick up my order the barista asked if I would like this sandwich they accidentally made a double order on!! I was indeed very lucky and hope you’d be lucky as me one day. Thank you!

I had a perfect drive through, online pre-order experience. Excellently made light ice shaken brown sugar oat milk espresso! Thank you very much for making my drive that much more pleasant. 💕🌱
Iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso Inconsistent with traditional Starbucks practices on making drinks. Asked for light ice, and they offered me a substitution of additional oat milk, rather than make the drink the way it’s intended.. three years never been asked this before. Her exact words “ That drink is mostly ice, so that that’s why I’m asking if you want more oat milk”
Still made drink incorrectly. Water down with oat milk, hiding the espresso at the bottom that comes through the milk like It should.
