Absolutely loving the new staff at this Starbucks!
They are incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Every visit feels warm and personal — they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere has improved SO much lately, and it’s all thanks to the amazing energy and service from the new team. Keep up the fantastic work! 💚
P.S I think her name was AMANDA!
She made this Starbuks 💯💯 better than before!!! She deserves a raise! Period!
Very nice people. My order was always right. It's worth the wait.
I come here just about every morning and the service is consistent. I order when i leave my house. And it’s always ready when i arrive. Bless you
The dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. I have never a starbucks so gross in my life. 3 guys and the floors are dirty, bathroom dirty, 🤢🤢🤢
Rain was great put me onto a new drink it’s my new favorite
A typical Starbucks with solid doppio over ice.
Cons: at 10:40am, garbage was overflowing
Pro: bathroom was well stocked and clean
Con: bathroom needs a code to enter. You also have to press a button on the inside to lock the door, which I didn’t notice until I was leaving. Weird door. 55880#
Service: girl looked tired and not interested in small chat
I come here often and I really like the lobby and the morning crew who has a warm greeting . Starbuck’s mission statement is all about connection .The new CEO really is working to rekindle that spark and tbh I don’t feel welcomed at this location by most staff (mainly the afternoon staff). Many times they make my coffee and leave it sitting at the front desk without even calling my name for my order. When I asked them do they call the names they say they don’t know or one guy said he never printed a sticker for me. Granted I have had 2 employees who have been kind and had hospitality and in those cases it makes me want to tip and my visit more enjoyable . My recommendation is to just develop a more welcoming space with a hello and goodbye to ALL customers, call their names when the order is up, say your welcome when people say thank you, make eye contact with customers & have a warm greeting when you take orders (keep the mission forefront). That makes a huge difference. I believe you guys can improve. Looking forward to it.
I love it!!!!
Starbucks Single-Origin Ethiopia Blonde: I’m definitely in the minority of Millennials that does not frequent Starbucks on a regular basis. I can survive without it, but I enjoy Starbucks enough that there was no way I was going to turn down the free cup they were offering the day after the Super Bowl. Interesting fact, Ethiopia is thought to be the birthplace of coffee. Sidama is a growing region in Ethiopia that produces unique fruit forward coffees, such as the blonde I have today. My cup was warm, fresh, and boasted floral notes along with juicy acidity. I don't really describe coffee as being fruity, but there was a faint sweetness to it that darker coffees tend not to possess. I can understand why people get addicted to this stuff; Doughboy approved

This location did not have enough change in their drawer for a $50 bill with a $25 order. No signage posted that they do not accept $50 bills which is illegal. Don’t come here if you have cash!
