This is a very conveniently located Starbucks! Is so easy to find, and they have plenty of parking. There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. The service was fantastic and fast. To me, Starbucks has the best Iced Matcha Chai Latte with stevia and non-fat milk and Matcha Lemonade with a few pumps of classic syrup. Delicious!!!

Well you know there had to be 1. This is THE gross Starbucks! Filthy bathroom, and appliances in terrible shape. Staff and services are just like the corporate model, but if you have to potty, get your coffee at the Pilot next store and use theirs.

Okay, it's the second time I come to this Starbucks location, which is right in the semi truck stop where I stay, because I'm a truck driver. It's been a long time since my last visit. I could recognize an employee. I guess they don't like smelly middle age truckers with dirty clothes. Their scheme goes like this: you're not supposed to look at the workers do their job, like taking off the seal of a fridge, pulling off its tray full of products that will block your sight of the employee, who sprays disinfectant into the fridge, because they'll accuse you of inappropriate sexual looks, to your surprise, because you're just sitting on a table on the side of the counter, enjoying the $7 dollars that you spent in a delicious bagel with cream cheese and mint herbal infusion. Be aware, truckers are not welcomed. I don't know why I'm surprised. It's Starbucks! By the way, the restroom was clean, but there's hands' soap dripping on the wall. It's been a while since they cleaned it.

The employees here were extremely rude. Specially the one that was refusing to give me my mobile order, although I even offered to show my receipt. The other employee kept making faces at me. They are certainly not friendly to people of color, which is very disappointing since Starbucks ain’t cheap. The barista that was extremely rude to me was Skylar, so be aware of this lady.

Although service is professional, most of the time, espresso (which is my regular daily drink) tastes burnt like something is off with their machine or something?

The food is alright and the service can be a miss from time to time. There have been a few times that I have come here and the employees were playing their own music. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but their choice in music was laden with inappropriate words and topics. Their WiFi has massive issues and the last three times I was in there it didn't work. You can tell when the WiFi doesn't work when you see a bunch of "so-and-so's iPhone" in the list of available networks. My last complaint about this particular location is their inconsistent closing time. Sometimes it's 6PM, maybe it's 7PM, or maybe it's when they are scheduled to close.

The last 3 times have now forever changed my opinion and we won't be spending our money at this location.1)Frappoccino machine down for days2) Mobile order drinks done I waited another 10 mins for a cake pop and sandwich to be "made"3)Buying inside the cashier was super rude and not helpful with a question I had about Halloween cupsWe don't have much money to spend on extras BUT this location won't be benefiting from any of our income in the future.
Service was prompt, courteous and warm throughout the visit.Food was really good (I had the pancakes and my daughter had the French toast).Very nice to find such a place and support a locale independent restaurant vs chain.We were in town for one night and glad we hit this spot for breakfast.Highly recommend
