We come here every week after yoga, and the people are always so friendly. Today, we had a little confusion on what counted towards the meal. The manager was quick to help us out, explain it thoroughly for us, and refund the difference. A stellar team, wonderful people, and I will continue to come here (with a better understanding of what drinks count under the meal!)

I had a concerning experience I had at one of yesterday. While I was ordering my sandwich, I witnessed a troubling incident involving an employee. He threw my sandwich against the wall, and proceeded to slam trays while using inappropriate language. When my sandwich was being remade, the employee ripped it in half and threw the bread against the wall, followed by throwing lettuce containers and slamming trays. This behavior made me feel extremely unsafe. I believe this is not only an issue of customer service but also raises serious concerns about safety and employee conduct in your establishment. I would like to know how Subway is addressing this situation and what steps will be taken to prevent it from happening again. I beg of you to watch the camera footage

First thing- I'm disabled. Came into restaurant after walking (with my walker) for awhile...was thirsty..Looked at drinks in refrigerator...then grabbed one and went to pay. The clerk looked at my pouch (had a hoodie on) and he said...while pointing..What about THOSE? I told him there is no drinks in there. Well...anyways...that was my first impression. By the way I'm 55..not some 13 year old kid . Not just for THAT reason...but also the food was ordinary. I rate this place ⭐ ONE STAR

Ordered through ezcater. Bread was freshly baked, sandwiches were assembled just before pick-up time (I was early, and I saw them being made). Staff was very friendly.

I normally would never leave a negative review for a company, but there have been multiple times when placing an online order that my sub sandwich was basically just a loaf of bread. My last order had 3 pieces of spinach, no cheese, and all the other ingredients were nonexistent. I refuse to pay for a sandwich that has nothing in it. If I could leave zero stars I would, that’s what subway is worth now. It is absolutely horrendous.

Our family went here to eat & we were discriminated against as our daughter has a disability & a service dog. The employee was sneezing upon our arrival & before we even brought in the service dog.The employee said she has allergies and was telling us that we need to pay her medical bills. We told her it was illegal & she called the manager who also told us our service animal was not allowed. My husband & I took turns sitting outside with our service dog & eating. Our young children felt uncomfortable and like we did something wrong. I also have severe allergies and take medication for my allergies. I can be around animals I am allergic to for short periods of time. We also sat far away from where the employee was so our service dog wasn’t close to her at all. The service dog was in the store for 2-3 minutes total. We will never be visiting this establishment again & are posting this to bring awareness to other families in our situation so they will not have to go through this terrible experience.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. They discriminated against our child with special needs which also made our other child uncomfortable.
