Ordered veggie sub on wheat bread..a foot long. The bread was stale and crumbling.hardly no veggies..I went to their reviews to see if anyone else got bad service.next time I will drive to the one on Ryan road..no thank you

The inside is meticulously clean from corner to corner every time I go in. That means a lot to me when everything is clean and looks and smells fresh.
They make the best subs and do not scrimp on the ingredients.
Everyone needs to come and support this Subway!!! So Good 🤤

Reading recent comments confirmed I wasn’t alone in having a bad experience. Both employees seemed disengaged—one wore an AirPod, the other red shorts—and they rushed through orders at a frantic pace. I hadn’t been to Subway in a while, but the meat selection was hidden behind a stainless steel door, when typically all toppings are clearly displayed.
I ordered the #21 Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken toasted—it came barely warm. When I asked for BBQ sauce (which is in the name), I was told it had been discontinued - very odd. The toppings were sparse, and overall, the quality was terrible. Whether this is due to new ownership or family-run staffing, the service, food, and atmosphere were all disappointing.

I went to subway and order a cold cut trio. The same sandwich that I’ve always order for the last 15 plus years or more and notice that they switched the meat to that little Buddy meat that is very thin. I ask did they change it or Subway and they said they changed it, so they are pretty much ripping off the customers and not to mention when they make your sandwich at this store they have up plastic so that you can’t see when they add the meat. I was so disappointed that it taste like a veggie sandwich because it’s only 6 thin thin pieces as you can see on the pic

Now I remember why we quit going to Subways! Not too happy by my order. Since I ordered smashed avocado to be put on my sandwich which I had to pay extra for and I did not receive any at all nada. Then I ordered extra steak on a Philly steak and cheese and did not receive that either! We will definitely not be going back there! Lesson learned! We will go back to Cousins in South Milwaukee or Jimmy Johns in Oak Creek.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY!! the serving sizes are unbelievable!! I ordered online with extra everything and paid extra for it too to see that both footlongs r completely empty!! I was basically just eating bread! There was basically no meat in there at all, 3 tomatoes in the whole footlong maybe 5 strands of onion 4 small pieces of cucumber and a little bit of lettuce. I asked for pickles and they didn’t even put those in there. There was little to no sauce even tho I had ordered 6 different kinds of sauce. Keep in mind I had ordered EXTRA of EVERYTHING. I used to go to this subway all the time before it went under new ownership a few years ago and these new owners (Indians) are vary CHEAP! Since the first bad experience I had here I had stopped ordering from here and went to a different location 15 mins away (on Layton near Meijer, it’s genuinely the best subway and the employees are vary kind and friendly I would definitely recommend that place) although this location is just 2 mins from my house. This place had also stopped accepting coupons but I had happened to be ordering online at my usual new location but saw that this place was also accepting the coupon and the weather was really bad out so I thought id give this place another try instead of driving out 15 mins in a snow storm but it was the worst decision I made. I was vary dissapointed. I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves less then a 0 star!!

I walked in at 6:15pm on a Sunday night and ordered two footlong meatballs on white. Not only were they out of white bread but were also out of meatballs!
