First time coming and the place was amazing ?A peaceful place ,good food and good customer service! Pshhh this is the place to go ! We let our cashier ( Gabriella ) know it was our first time coming and she was very helpful and helped us make a decision on our food and may I tell you her decisions did not let us down . We tried The Phoenix sandwich and the Sicilian sandwich with a cup of broccoli cheese soup and a cup of Italian wedding soup ? It was amazing and thanks to Gabriella for being helpful patient and good service over all and the staff we will be back again SOON ! Thanks ?

It's called Chocolate Factory and they serve Sub Sandwiches, Soup, Chips, and Ice Cream... this is not a chocolate factory, nor a chocolate dealer, or a chocolate anything... pointless, confusing, disappointing, needs a rebrand

I absolutely LOVE their ice cream but holy moly their food is SOOOO expensive. They recently added mac n cheese to their menu, 6.50$??!!!!! For like 5 bites of watered down, no flavor Mac n cheese. They suggest add ons on the menu but don’t mention the 2$ extra fee. I got added onion, bacon & ranch & they gave me 3 hamster size pieces of bacon lol. Was disappointed considering their ice cream is my favorite.
Subs are great, can’t go wrong with anything. Kids love the Mac n cheese, as well as their ice cream selection!

Their sandwiches are stupid good. I love the Blackberry Turkey and the Phoenix, particularly. Love that I can get a free mini side cup of black olives to feed my olive addiction. They have peppers, too! Haven't even had ice cream there, yet! The selection of flavors is impressive, though.

This is my favorite sandwich shop in our area, great for when you need to grab something to go that’s tasty and satisfying. The online ordering is easy and pickup at the counter inside is quick. I like that they have good (as in not cardboard like) gluten free bread, and there’s usually at least one vegan ice cream option or dairy free Italian ice too when we come here for a scoop.
