The food was underwhelming. The burger and fish fry were unseasoned. The mac and cheese had little to no flavor. However, the cheese curds were good.

We ordered curbside pickup and waited about 10 minutes. You could definitely tell from the quality of the food when we got home that it had been sitting before we showed up.

I ordered the fish fry, a burger, and some cheese curds. All three of these items the website claims are it's best items. Reviews also claim they are great.
I'm not sure if it was an off-day or not, but this was by far one of the hardest meals to go through.

The fish fry - Flavorless, soggy, and sitting on top of fries, that unfortunately also made the fries soggy. The rye bread tasted extremely chemically for some reason as if cleaning supplies were coating it. Unsure what happened here, but it was impossible to eat the bread. The fish itself was generally tasteless, and everything overall was fairly cold.

The burger - Unfortunately again, no seasonings on the burger at all, for a beautiful sesame seed bun it was not toasted either. A random slice of avocado was strange, but the sweet potato fries were pretty good. We hoped they would have been a bit less soggy but they had good enough flavor.

The curds - The curds were pretty good. As with everything else they were generally pretty lukewarm, but overall not bad at all. For beer battered curds you're getting a good cheese curd. The ranch they give you is great, and the marinara is also good.

Overall for a late-ish pickup (7:30pm) it was between a fast food option and WSB. For the price we paid and the food we were given unfortunately I'd say we should've gone with the fast food option.

Everything was good. The cooks could use a seasoning guy though. Needs just a bit more flavor. But overall enjoyable. Good Ole fashioned brewery. Great drinks.

Made a reservation for 7. WSB handled it well. It was not too busy (Sunday 5p) , had great service. I had the special , bacon wrapped meatloaf , veggies, and potatoes. I do not like cauliflower BUT their was good. I was very happily surprised.

Water Street Brewery, in my opinion, has got their act back together. I haven’t been to this place in about two years. I felt we had average service in the past, the staff was inattentive, and the food was basic. This time I was pleasantly surprised by the attention we received from our server, she said she was new, and she was fantastic. Drinks were well maintained. Our meal satisfaction was checked on. More importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. There was a nice menu variety. Normally I do not order a burger, because Milwaukee has so many great burger places, but I just had to try theirs because they offered a blue cheese burger. It was absolutely wonderful and I definitely will go back. Extremely impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. Great job Water Street Brewery.

Dinner with the family was overall a good experience. I ordered the Chicken Schnitzel dinner served with traditional Schnitzel, spaetzle, and instead of the cabbage as usual, they served this dish with assorted veggies. Overall, this dish was good but I have had better. The Schnitzel could have been better seasoned and the gravy was just ok, lacking some flavor but not the worst Schnitzel I've had. I also had their imperial stout, Half Ton (I believe). This was a really good imperial stout. Would get it again.

Service was good, nothing to complain about. Our waitress, checked on us multiple times throughout and was patient with the 7 of us.

The atmosphere was great overall but we were seated in the back corner at large table for the 7 of us. Nothing wrong except that that section was poorly lit so a couple of us had use our phone lights to read the menu more clearly. Other than that, everything was fine as far as the atmosphere.

Overall, a good experience. Would come again but as good as the Schnitzel was, I would try something else next time.

Didn't want a big meal. Menu offered 1/2 sandwich with a side. Had delicious short rib sandwich with sweet potato fries. Great!

Can't rate the food, only place I have ever walked out of before I even sat down. No greeting when I walked in, just a "Follow me", nothing said after placing the menu and silverware, just turned and walked off. Nothing said when I said "thank you and I won't be dining with you all tonight." Please don't anyones patronage for granted! In Milwaukee on business and I am sure the food would have been great.

While the food at this restaurant is genuinely good, the service consistently falls short. We’ve given this place multiple chances because of the quality of the food, but unfortunately, every visit has been marked by poor service. The staff is often slow and seems inattentive, frequently leaving new guests waiting far too long before acknowledging them. At this point, we’ve decided not to dine in anymore. If you’d like to enjoy the food, I highly recommend opting for takeout. Additionally, I’ve noticed concerning practices when it comes to refilling drinks, with servers not adhering to basic sanitary standards. I hope management addresses these issues, as the food truly deserves better representation.

The wait to get in took 25 minutes, but the pizza was worth the wait. I hadn't thought that pizza would be my pick before seeing the menu, but it looked good in the menu.
I have to say that this was one of the best pizzas I've had. It was excellent
