Even when the restaurant is packed, the wait is no more than 15 or 20 minutes. Delicious burgers. Delicious blackened chicken taco salad.

Water Street Brewery continues to be a favorite food destination when in the Oak Creek area! This was the first brewpub to open in the Milwaukee area and one can see it in the local/historic items displayed, fun beer signs throughout, and large menu options. One can sit at the bar and enjoy a game or sit in a more remote part of the restaurant to enjoy good conversation. A unique perk of Water Street is not only do they brew their own beer, but they also make their own root beer! Our group of four all got a round of root beers which came in a chilled mug. We started with the Bavarian Pretzel Twists and loved that we could add a fourth pretzel for a small upcharge. The queso was great as I'm not a huge honey mustard fan. Additionally, we got the cheese curds which were lightly breaded and more flakey than crispy. The curds came with both regular ranch and a chipotle ranch. For our mains, our group got the Chef's Butter Burger, Beet & Arugula Salad, WI Hot Chicken Sandwich, and BLTA. All orders come with chips or fries as well as some other options for an uncharge. All of us loved our food! Our server was great at listening in to any details and substitutions we requested and everything came out perfectly. Portions were rather large as 3/4 of us went home with boxes. We felt like everything was a pretty well value and nothing too expensive for what we got. Love Water Street and will certainly be back!

Everytime I get doordash from here the driver waits forever. They need ppl who’s only jobs is doing the rideshare orders. I always wait at least an hour. The way they do things here is extremely stupid and counterproductive. I’m gonna go elsewhere

My fiance and I had a great experience here!! The food was really good, especially the cheese curds! They weren't super greasy like some places. Service was a perfect. Daisy was extremely attentive, and provided a phenomenal experience. Highly recommend 10/10.

We had a wonderful meal at Water Street Brewery. Brandon, our server was friendly and his Service was better than we have had in a long time. They are very efficient; not a long wait for food. It was a little noisy but it was Friday night and we were in a brewery. So, it was fun!

The seafood chowder was tasty, and the fish fry was excellent. My wife and I both felt the food was all a bit too salty for our taste but still would go back any day. The venue is very nice and plenty of seating. It was a bit loud, but that can be expected during the dinner rush

Sat down for a meal and had a great start with great service and the pork and shrimp egg roll. I wanted a good steak and they had the NY strip special. The initial presentation was good but the dish itself wasn't. Got medium well instead of medium rare, there was burnt char on it, the mashed potatoes were dry, and the mushrooms were from a jar and barely heated. It wasn't bad per se, but definitely a rip off at $30. If you're looking for good beer and pub food, stick with that and avoid the dinners.

This was by far THEE worst experience for Water Street Brewery. My third attempt at the Oak Creek location and every time it’s been complete disaster. From the get go, ordering a flight of beers, they claim to have many varieties and multiple times now they been out of several. To add insult to injury, the server forget to enter appetizers in timely manner.1.5 hrs later, the food finally arrived from the kitchen and half the order was correct and the other was completely wrong and not close to what was requested. Discovered that our order “belonged to another table.” The salmon felt hard and rubbery as if it was held under heat lamp for at least 30 minutes.Had conversation with manager and express severe disappointment, meal was comped and be will NEVER return to Oak Creek Water Street Brewery. So many better options to visit. Even Wendy’s food was better tasting ??

This place was pretty solid. It is a large restaurant with plenty of seating and good wait staff. They were attentive and everything came out plenty fast despite being busy on a snowy Friday evening. We tried two appetizers: pretzels with cheese and the cheese curds. The cheese curds were excellent. The pretzels were pretty standard fare. The pub cheese and ranch were great dipping companions. (Cheese did the heavy lifting in making the pretzel palatable.) I had the house salad. Everything but the tomatoes was good. The cherry tomatoes had a bad, too sweet flavor. Not sure if this is how they're supposed to taste or if they were going bad. My wife had the beet salad with goat cheese and sweet potato fries. It was excellent! The mixture of sweet with the tangy goat cheese was terrific. The kids had cheeseburgers and fries. They were pretty standard. Anyhow, good family dinner at a fairly reasonable price. I would go back, but don't know that I would expect much more than a four star experience at best.
