O stars. i worked here for almost 2 weeks that short dirty mexican alberto had me cleaning the entire restaurant on my 3rd day. speaking to me barking order like he is a dog because i know for a fact i speak to ppl with the same regard i would want. its already a language barrier he barley speaks fluently. to be honest unless you request for your food to be fresh its sitting there cold being given regardless. also im sure the manager lee called me to terminate me because alberto has like 7 other mexicans in that restaurant who is not on the schedule standing around not doing anything. so to get a rude phone call because ppl are on the clock stealing hrs standing around is insanity. i wish you find a another person to cut off & not let them explain what treachery is happening with my first 2 weeks. instead of telling me anything disrespectful lee who owns the restaurant how about you come in your establishment & see for your self or maybe you already know & just dont care. disgusting your better eating at home making your own food. not to mention if you ever see all thr mexicans just know they dont wash their hands, visible dirt under their finger nails, dont clean the lobby lets the trash sit there from day shift till, night. the mop is rarely used, food stuck to every table & chair & wall window seals before i had scrubbed the entire facility. all within 9 days of working here. just for lee the owner to say im on camera doing anything but what i stated.

I ordered via Wendy’s mobile app around 3ish on a Saturday. I didn’t have to wait long, my food was cooked to perfection. Dining area was clean when I arrived and I had a great meal.

Picked up a mobile order 5 min after I ordered it. I live 4 min from there. Literally got home and everything was Literally cold. This was at 745 pm too. Not like 5 min before close. No wonder I don't come here ofter. Only time the food is good is for breakfast.

The associate taking my order was disrespectful , unprofessional. I had trouble hearing her through the intercom. She got mad! I am hard of hearing! The manager was no help. I will not be back to the Wendy's on Howell by Chase. The manager took the associate side and did not hear me out!

Ordered Krabby patty. Had once before and had liked it. Last night it was so awful had to throw away. Whoever must have poured the sauce on. A couple small onions and pickles stuck in middle of bun. Just awful.
