Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no one else in the store. When I said something, the old guy standing by the fries turned around to look at me, yelled for someone else, and turned back around to do nothing again. We left when no one else showed up.

Very disappointed with my experience today. On July 1st around 5:30 PM, my order was taken incorrectly, and when I politely pointed it out, the employee responded with hostility, denying the mistake and speaking in a very unprofessional tone. The staff did not appear clean or sanitary, which is especially concerning for a food establishment. I also raised my concern with the manager on duty (Adriana), but unfortunately, she dismissed it and did not seem to take the situation seriously. Poor customer service and lack of hygiene—definitely won’t be returning.

Honestly wish all fast food restaurants were as professional and delicious as this Wendy's location was tonight! I live one town over in South Milwaukee and I wish just one fast food restaurant here was nearly as efficient and again as delicious as this burger was from this location! Kuddos to that team, my dave single was the best burger I've had in a long time and you know what it looked exactly like it's picture on the menu! Thanks again Wendy's Oak Creek - Ryan Rd!!

Normally is good service but tonight waited in drive thru for 10 minutes and finally just left after making it to the order kiosk and waiting for a few minutes with no greeting or acknowledgement

The food was great, the people were great but unfortunately we sat in the dining room and we sat down the steps inside so we could look out the windows and after we were done eating I noticed several cobwebs above me.
