About 8:25 p.m., I was at Wendy's. Despite my slight accent, I can always connect with people. I was attempting to get a burger for my coworker. The middle-aged male African American employee taking my order at the drive-through was quite unpleasant and annoyed with me. Even though I was being extremely explicit and my staff attempted to help as well, he claimed he could not understand me. He refused to serve us and ignored us. Since I never experience problems like this and was prevented from ordering food due to an accent barrier, I felt that this was discriminatory. This is against Wendy for hiring people without doing a comprehensive background check on them, in addition to the employee. There has undoubtedly been an ethical transgression by the staff member.

A "five-star" experience this evening.Food was hot and tasted good.Staff was very pleasant and on top of things.The entire place was very clean !Parking: Parking lot was clean and well illuminated.I got a spot 10 feet from the door !
