Every time I order delivery they are too incompetent to ring my doorbell to indicate the food has arrived. I have requested this in my delivery instructions, but they continue to throw my food on the ground and run.

I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like it’s just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldn’t go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I don’t recommend them other people still do but that’s just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasn’t not a good enough flavor for me.

We ordered a pick up order - crazing some wings .. when we opened up the boxes, the wings were so drenched in oil .. ok, so let’s try them out - no way ! These wings and even the fries were so dang salty like I could feel my blood pressure raise with the first bite - so disappointing !! I didn’t even call the store cuz honestly why-to get another batch of salty overly greasy food ?? Ugh .. I’m new to the area and this sucked lol

I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadn’t received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said I’m not lying. I said I’m not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district manager‘s name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district manager’s name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website. I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I don’t think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.

Ordered for the first time today 10-27-25 and was shocked the wings I got were all the “drum” stick, I’m sure if I would order that I’d cost more for the one kind of wing. Was very disappointed and thought they could’ve been bigger, they were the smallest wing pieces I have had in a LONG time for what I paid🤬…. I got the 10 piece deal, 🥴

I prefer Lemon-pepper. However, you only have a Lemon-pepper dry rub. Please consider a Lemon-pepper sauce. I will not return until you have that because I do not like your other flavors. I have tried your Lemon-pepper dry rub, and it is JUST okay. I will continue to take my business to Buffalo Wild Wings where they have a Lemon-pepper sauce.

I really do appreciate that because I’m really a big fan of Wingstop and I always love with my food is good hot and ready. Thank you. I will always come back here. Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add
