Order food on door dash when I receive my food the wings was hard and over cooked I couldn’t even eat them. The did send all of my food and when I tried calling the store the phone wasn’t working. I contacted door dash and they offered me $10 on a $45 dollar order. So I was going to the store the Baton Rouge Florida Blvd location all of sudden the store is close when I just ordered food. Ok I’ll come back tomorrow and speak with a Manager. Horrible

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes.
We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes.
She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤

Don't get a chicken sandwich from here! I occasionally go to this location and for the most part the food is what you expect however eating the sandwiches here will have your legs feeling like TV static from sitting on the toilet. Idk it might be how greasy the chicken sandwich is... I know it's fast food, so can't expect 5 stars, but it's just something about the sandwiches here that are no good. Other than the place being as big as a shoe box the staff are great... Maybe change the grease more often.
Also got alot of crispy short fries in my voodoo fries order don't like that either

Ordered 20 wings and fries . Nasty wings ive ever had . Fork broke while even trynna pick up the wings , half of them was raw . Fries was not cooked , i thought coming to the wingstop in oak creek wouldve been better since in a better area . Terrible food . I would never order from this wing stop again . Just seems like all the wingstops are just getting worse and worse .

Keep it Simple
Place an order online. When I arrived at the store, the manager said they never received my order. I showed them proof of my email confirmation. She still tried to say no she never got it. Then she looked into her register and realized they never printed it out. She told me it was going to be another 15 minutes, which I was able to wait after I had already waited 40 minutes. I requested a refund which she told me she would processed that evening and give me a call. I never received phone call, never received a credit. Had to dispute with my credit card company. Tried to call her four times and never received a callback from her. I won’t be back to this store.

The fries I received in my order were all burn and had no seasoning at all. They tasted horrible no matter how much ranch I tried to put on them.
On top of that, I paid extra for all flats yet still had a mixture of drums and flats.
I love Wingstop but the service I have received for my last few orders have been subpar and make me not want to order anymore
