Worst wing place. Ordered a 50 piece meal. Everything came cold. Called back & manager said I could get a replacement & she would "put it on the books". Called back today to order my replacement, & was told by the Manager that since she wasn't there when I was told this, that I could not get my order. Never ordering from here again. Food is always cold. Service is terrible. Do yourself a favor & order wings from somewhere else!

So I personally LOVE Wingstop, but my boyfriend had never had it. He said "what do you want for dinner" and I immediately said "wingstop!" We ordered the lemon pepper & Louisiana rub flats, Louisiana fries, and two diet cokes. Lord... you should've seen him he said I want to call that Wingstop and tell them they did their thing with these! Our food was delivered fast and hot. We ate way too much and it was worth it. 10/10! Thank you to the Wingstop crew, we approve.

Ordered a 30 piece meal. Team member entered it as just 30 wings, then expected me to pay extra for the rest. Dry deep fried wings. Bar-B-Q sauce tastes like some one dumped liquid smoke into it. They used a bowl to put on sauce then put it on a shelf to use again. Restaurant is like stepping into a closet. No dinning area. Rude workers.

I placed an order for pick up. Upon picking up I noticed an order of wings were missing. I went back in and the worker grabbed a container from the counter and said they were mine and I left. I should’ve double checked because when I got home they were not my wings. It was only 7 wings when I ordered 10. My fries were also a small when I ordered a large and they were seasoned wrong. I called and asked them to remake it and was told “yeah I noticed when you left you got someone else’s order. We remade them their order. They are busy in the kitchen and do not have time to remake yours. Just keep the order you got and we’ll give you store credit.” Since they were unwilling to work with me I just hung up.Anytime I order from this location I have similar issues.

Terrible experience tonight. Ordered through Ubereats. Items arrived missing and ice cold. I know this isn’t the stores fault, but Ubereats refused to help. I simply called the store asking if they could help me out (like call Ubereats as the merchant. I know this can be done as a manage a restaurant). Unfortunately the response was sorry it was made fresh here there’s nothing we can do we aren’t sure what the issue is. Very disappointing that they wouldn’t take a few minutes to help me get my money back as it is a service they choose to use.

New location- It's a hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the wings are perfectly sauced/seasoned. Other times, only half the wings have sauce on them.
Very small place hence looks crowded. First time visitor thought of trying wings, poor quality wings.

How this store only has 3 stars makes no sense!! They are Friendly , polite, and Efficient whether it's the professional Mia greeting u immediately when u walk in the door or one of the other staff members I literally go out of my way to go here even though I live much closer to other wing stop and fast food chx places. Keep up the good work , ignore the negative reviews you guys are doing amazing and I hope Upper management recognizes that and even if they don't just remember several of your customers(like me) really do and it definitely keeps us coming back.

Really has no space to dine-in, and when you are eating wings, you want to sit down and enjoy it. All other Wingstops I have been to have had multiple table to dine-in, so it was quite disappointing. Only go to this wingstop for delivery/pickup.
