The place has a strange mildew type odor when you walk in that you can’t miss. My family frequently gets fro-yo and really enjoys it… not this place. First we used two cups with the cone… the cone was stale, too thick and tasted weird not like cone at all. The two stars is for the choices of yogurt, they have many. Once we checked out our bill was $40 for 3 yogurts with toppings. This is unacceptable. Just last week we purchased 3 quarts of fresh fro-up in Illinois and it was’t even that much! The toppings could be fresher and while we topped our yogurt a lady stared at us rudely with no smile or customer service… stared through the topping bar right at us. We will never be back.

I wish i could put negative stars because this place is an absolute joke and a waste of time and money. For starters the lighting is CRAP ?? #$!&. I feel like im walking into a dark closet and its always hot and sticky feeling too. Doesnt help that the tables and chairs are all tacky to the touch; like somebody spilled icecream hundreds of times and it just sat there for days. It smells like old cardboard and dank cleaning supplies mixed with the STALE toppings and powder they use to make the yogurt. ?? Secondly now the atmosphere is like an absolute ZOO during the afternoon and evening. Bratty kids and teenagers are coming in and being rude and loud and just overall obnoxious. Its a HORRIBLE experience. The food is extremely mid. You'd be better off just buying a tub of ice cream from the pick n save across the street. Especially for the HIGH PRICES!!! THIS #%$!& IS WAY TOO OVERPRICED!!! The amount of times ive seen people SNEEZING on or TOUCHING the toppings is just disgusting! The toppings will often spill into one another too. Making an AWFUL experience. The straws also do not have covers on them?!!! Just ew. ?? It always seems to be understaffed at night too. I kinda feel bad for the ONE SINGLE employee they have, rushing around trying to do everything. No wonder this place is a wreck. They need more help or new management fr.
