Worstplace Ever

theres two girls in there with name tags Mary and Avery the lack of respect and care for customers or their other coworks is horrible they cant do their jobs proper Avery is currently rolling around the play room and while im putting in a moble order in and im retracking ti because Heather is doing nothing but standing up for avery and mary telling them to breathe and everything its not worth it if u cant handle the place of work u shouldnt be in there no point in spending my money here when the people upfront doing the customer service suck

Seems to have improved since I was insulted here a year ago. The crew today seems more mature. Foods a lot better , although over , I'll quality of burger , king has decreased massively , especially in their whoppers.

we were in the drive thru and the order taker, shannon, wasn’t listening at all to what we were saying. she was getting an attitude and sighing because she kept getting the order wrong. we mentioned that she were missing a fry last time we came and she said “there’s nothing i can do if it was a couple days ago.” very rudely. she was very rude to my elderly grandmother. i would like to see a change around here.

Went through drive thru and was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. Waited almost 20 Minutes and called to ask where my food was. They said they could’t find me even though I was sitting in the drive thru lane. Manager was extremely rude and when I questioned what they would Do to make it right all she said is apologize. They did not give me my reciept either. Food wasn’t hot. Needless to say I did contact corporate.
