we were in the drive thru and the order taker, shannon, wasn’t listening at all to what we were saying. she was getting an attitude and sighing because she kept getting the order wrong. we mentioned that she were missing a fry last time we came and she said “there’s nothing i can do if it was a couple days ago.” very rudely. she was very rude to my elderly grandmother. i would like to see a change around here.

Went through drive thru and was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. Waited almost 20
Minutes and called to ask where my food was. They said they could’t find me even though I was sitting in the drive thru lane. Manager was extremely rude and when I questioned what they would Do to make it right all she said is apologize. They did not give me my reciept either. Food wasn’t hot. Needless to say I did contact corporate.
Alot of kids working laughing messing around and rude....Millennials suck

Waited 15 minutes for two whopper jrs. Went to drive thru and was told to pull to the front of the building to wait some more. Get better service at a sit down restaurant. Never coming here again.
