Amazing food fresh food that gets to you decently fast, the workers are always really nice and they have a little outdoor pavilion and trees in the back right on the river which is beautiful in the summer. The only "issue" is that it's pretty pricey but the food is pretty good and the experience is amazing

Not too happy with the patty to bun ratio. The whole burger just tastes like bread. The fries were okay but it had a weird taste like the deep fryer grease needs to be changed. The turtle pecan parfait was good. Cheese curds, again, had a weird taste. The rootbeer was very crispy, which was the best part of the whole meal

My order was a single cheeseburger plain, a double cheeseburger with very light ketchup, very light mustard amd onions, a grilled chicken sandwich with only lettuce and tomato, a regular fries and a regular onion ring. A fairly simple order. We went through the drive thru and when we got home we realized how wrong our food was. The single plain cheeseburger was swimming in ketchup. It also had mustard and pickles. The double cheeseburger was swimming in ketchup and mustard. To the point it was just dripping off the bum that was so soggy with it. The chicken sandwich was covered even on the outside with tons of mayo and it also had tomatoes on it. Normally the food we get there is awesome amd we go there a good bit. We were so disappointed with our food tonight.

Absolutely appalled. I have worked in the service industry my whole life, and personally know how terrible people can be to industry workers. We were just passing the subway and our ice cream looked like this, completely liquid. The cone we had fell all over the car at the point we passed subway. We drove back to show the icecream as we and the car are completely covered. The manager said there was nothing they could do. I never would be the Karen sitting here leaving an awful review, but there was no covers placed, no napkins given, and no refund or even an offer to remake. I understand icecream melts, but once again we are in an air conditioned car 1 minute out of the restaurant. I don’t know if they were sitting in the window too long or what, but I’m trying to be patient and show kindness. The ice cream will freeze, but the stickiness is everywhere!! Ugh!!

Cute little place with picnic tables by the river. Good food, fun games for kids.
Food was astronomically bussin, the staff was very helpful and walked me through flavors I might like based on my palates preference. I got the pleasure of meeting the owner, Sarah, very kind and bubbly lady. Definitely worth the stop!

One of my regular stops. However the last two times were not very good. I always ask for no salt on everything because they use way too much on fries.Last Thursday it was not very busy but a young mother paid with cash and a debit card. Cashier did not know how to do it. Held up the line nearly 20 minutes. 8 others left I stuck around. Even offering to pay the 75 cents she was short.Well, after ordering two cheese burgers and shakes it was still a long wait. I watched my order made and sit on the counter for ten minutes before it was served. Then I was asked if I already got my shakes.So she started to make shakes but was interrupted by drive though order taking twice.So I did get my shakes long after my food.The onion rings were half cooked and mixed with burnt French fries.Still salted beyond edible.The cheese burgers were thin burnt beyond recognition. It's like a dry charcoal bricket.Shakes were just ok ,very melted.Sorry Sarah Just being honest.
