Arrived 15 min. early for our 6pm reservation. We're seated about 6:15, placed our order, and we're served our drinks. 7:25 still no sign of our meal. My husband went to tell the waitress we were leaving and would like to pay for the tea and lemonade. We were told, after another 5 minute wait, our order was next, however they were all out of walleye, which my husband had ordered, and did he want walleye bites instead. Granted they were slammed, and short handed but that did not excuse ignoring us for almost an hour and a half. We have been to the Hill several times and know the food is delicious. I have to give the food one star because it never showed up, and I can only take soft jazz for so long so one star for the atmosphere as well. The one star for service I have just explained.

Had an absolutely wonderful Father's Day meal (2025) here with my parents! I haven't been to Hill of Beans in years, and it is exactly how I remember it! The food is phenomenal, the scenery is beautiful, and the staff are so nice and friendly! Thank you for such a great lunch and a trip down memory lane!
Worst experience for me and my husband. Never got acknowledged when we walked in. Just got looked at and ignored.
This is our go-to brunch. Always a pleasure!
