Great lil diner I had biscuits and gravy and the meat lovers skillet both good but B&G was most exceptional and pan fried biscuits are the difference. I'm going back to try the blueberry pancakes and French toast and will update this after. Update everything is great, always a good stop

Amazing food. I had steak and eggs for breakfast, and was NOT disappointed. The steak was so tender and cooked exactly how I asked. The hash browns were very crispy, the best I've ever enjoyed. The liberally buttered toast hit the spot.
I especially appreciated the constant refils on my partners coffee, and they even brought additional hot water for my hot tea! Friendly promt service.

There were seats next to wall outlets for devices as well.

I live out of state and when I can visit the Ogema area, I always make it a point to eat a few meals at the Rail Trail. The service is great! The food is fantastic! Never in the 10 years of patronizing this establishment have I had a bad experience. Sometimes when the Rail Trail is super busy, it may take a few extra minutes to get your food. Think about it, if they are super busy, it must mean they have great food! If you are a large group, be kind, call ahead and make a reservation. So they can prepare the tables. To the Owners, thank you for your dedication to the quality of food and kindness of service. I am looking forward to my next visit! Wendell

This was my second time at the Rail Trail cafe. Due to our terrible treatment my family we will never stop here again. We were in town for my nephew graduation and our family loves this place and wanted to go there before the graduation. Not only did we listen to our waitress make terrible rude comments the whole time we were in there. We also ended up taking things to go from the over hour wait. A lot of drinks were forgot for my family and yet we were charged for it. Apparently we came in too close to closing time as well (we arrived at 5pm on a Friday). Because they were locking doors and shutting off light shortly after we arrived. The whole treatment left us feeling very unwelcome to your town. I would recommend to the owner getting more help if you cannot handle your restaurant being half full. To out of town guest, be aware of this and I suggest you try another place.

A nice little place with high quality food and pleasant people. If you're hiking the rail-to-boring-trail you'd be a fool to walk by without checking this place out

What a great place! Delicious breakfast all made fresh and arrived hot. Friendly and kind staff that made us feel very welcome. Adorable little building with some great patriotic and meaningful decor. We loved it, and can't wait to go back!

We took a detour to Ogema to hike Timm's Hill after spending the weekend at the Apostle Islands, and we decided to stop here after the hike. I had the fish and chips special, and it was fantastic and very affordable.

I'm a history buff, and it really feels like you stepped back in time. Definitely a "diner experience". If I'm ever in the neighborhood, I'll stop here again!

My kids and I have been coming to the Rail Trail for about a year now. Dawn is awesome, and always greets you with a big smile and a warm welcome! In the short time my family and I have known her, we have come to appreciate the sincere/genuine hospitality that Dawn(and the entire staff) displays. We feel at home at the Rail Trail!
The atmosphere is always cheerful and positive. We love all of the decor, and the holiday decorations make you feel part of the celebration. We know how hard Dawn and Jim work from day to day preparing the food, cleaning, and serving their patrons with a smile.
The food is always fantastic, and cooked to order!
Thank you for your dedication and drive to serve Ogema, and the surrounding communities. We hope you are around for many years to come!!
