Carlos, the server, was absolutely amazing. What truly impressed me was his outstanding attention to detail and consistent communication throughout our visit. He was extremely attentive, checking in at all the right moments, and even when the food took a little longer than expected, he was completely transparent and kept us informed the entire time.
What really surprised me was that when we tried to tip Carlos, he respectfully declined, explaining that the tip was meant for the person training him even though we never saw that person at all. This honestly shocked me because Carlos took our order, served our entire meal, and handled everything from start to finish. We only saw the assigned server briefly at the very end, and I would truly hate for someone else to receive credit for the exceptional service that Carlos provided.
We will definitely be coming back with our family, and we will be asking for Carlos every time we would love to be served by him consistently He made a lasting impression on us, and his honesty and professionalism will take him a long way.

Placed an order online 5 minutes before my pick up time I received an email that my order couldn’t be processed(my husband was physically in the restaurant to pick up the order & they couldn’t find it)
Placed the order over the phone and gave specific instructions ( NO ONIONS OR MUSHROOMS ON MY SIZZLING CHICKEN) I also ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese with honey and pepper chicken tenders. The tenders were missing the glaze and the peppers, I received regular chicken tenders. I was told the food will be ready at a specific time for there to pick it up had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the phone order.
Horrible service this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. Please do better and provide service that you’ll like to receive and people in the kitchen please cool the food properly and as the customer requested

We had a pleasant experience here. Food was great, staff very friendly. Had one small problem but it was fixed right away. We definitely will be coming back. Only thing I had a complaint about was fries were a bit soggy still good but not crispy.

I've tried to eat here several times and I always seem to pick the days when they are short staffed. Today again, at 4:30 p.m. I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Half the restaurant was empty. No staff. Applebee's, pay your people!

Just don’t eat here, it wasn’t good. Soggy and cold, long wait times, can hear fighting in the kitchen/lots of yelling. Isn’t worth your money or time.

Actually is an IHOP in the the morning. Restaurant was not even busy and food took over 45 minutes. Also, finished a pot of coffee and was never refilled. Waitress didnt seem to take care of us. Food was sub-par. I got a chicken fried steak and it had a very small amout of gravy. Couldn't eat the hash brown as they were burnt on the outside and not cooked on the inside. Pancakes were nothing special. Coffee was gross. One good thing I have to say is the coffee mugs are nice and you can buy one for $5.99

Ordered for pick up and got there at the pick up time and still waited 10-15 minutes for food to be brought out, all food was cold, we received bacon instead of hash browns, syrup butter and whip cream containers were thrown into the pancake takeout container so everything was covered in cinnamon sauce.

The combined IHOP and Applebee's is off to a poor start. Extremely slow service, awful fries.
Wanted to try the new Ihop. No soda. Not sure if the bartender made my chocolate milk, but it was weak. Food took forever and was meh! I probably won't go again. Need more experienced cooks for what they are charging for food. It was over 40 bucks for two breakfast plates.

I wasn't impressed at all. Really long wait for everything and it wasn't very busy. My entire experience there was 2 hours long. Also the food was barely warm. Me and my wife will never go back.
