Unpopular opinion but Arby's is my go to fast food stop.

I love the hot and fresh food here! It is a bit understaffed, (so you wait a few more minutes)but worth the wait! They also have the best deals when you order on their app.

I have a love hate relationship with this Arby’s. I keep going back even after being disappointed on many occasions. My children love their fries and salted carmel cookies. I usually use the drive thru and sneak into this place after shopping at Woodman’s. If I order anything unusual like add cheddar to a roast beef sandwich or no lettuce or tomatoes on a sandwich about three fourths the time the order will be screwed up. On occasion I’ve complained and management makes it right and offers a free meal or sandwiches. I like their curly fries and roast beef sandwiches and miss some of their old sandwiches. Their portion sizes, drink sizes and their prices are ridiculous. We keep going back and enjoy it when it is all prepared correctly. Every time I go here, I smirk and think to myself, I wonder if it will made correctly today. At times, the wait in the drive thru can get lengthy.

Took about an hour to get my food. When the dasher asked if they would remake my food they hung up on them. That's not professional at all. Think I'll be done going there anymore.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!
We had a bad experience here a few months ago where it took about 15 mins to get our food, and there was only 4-5 other people in the restaurant. Tonight we decided to try it again, experience was just as bad. We went to the drive thru because there was only 1 car and it was at the order menu, we sat behind this car for almost 10 mins until the car ahead just drove off. I pull up to order and was told “is going to be a while before you can place your order”, I asked “how long is a while?”, response was “I don’t know, while”. I said heck with it and drove off, my wife and I both agreed we are never coming back to the Arby’s, they have the worst and slowest service I have ever seen from a “fast food restaurant”.
We ended up going to Chick-Fil-A where the line was about 10 cars deep when we pulled in, we had our food and were back on the road in less than 10 mins, that’s how fast food is supposed to be!

Went into the store to order food and eat. Took at least 5 minutes for them to take our order. The only thing they were worried about and working on were orders for the drive thru. After waiting over 10 minutes for our food and people who had come in after us getting their food, my husband inquired about our order. They had cleared it out apparently- so we had to wait 5 more minutes for them to get our food. Food was not hot. I would avoid this Arby’s.

I like it a lot very good food and quick service. One time in the drive-thru a lady took our order in a Pirate voice and a Scottish voice. The only thing is that It gave me Diarrhea when I was 4.

Unfortunately this place was not good at all. We ordered three different meals and were the only ones in line on a weekday. They took over 18 minutes to prepare the meals and wors of all, the fries were all cold! My daughter's chicken tenders were gross and my wife did not like her sandwich at all. For the price you pay and amount of time it took to get our meal, it was not worth it! We will not be returning to this establishment.
Never got food. Pulled into drive through, was asked to wait so they could take my order. Waited about 10 minutes and had to leave as I had an appointment. Definitely not a FASTfoid option.

Beware....all floors are hazardously slippery....no matter where you walk. When we were there, the drive thru was priority. Several separate orders in dining room were expected to wait. We were there on our lunch. The long wait made it tough.

Night manager Devin was very good. Our food was taking longer than expected and then an item was missed as we were leaving town. He made sure we received the missing item when we returned back in town.
