Worst service I have had a restaurant in my life. Not just once. 3 times in a row we waited over 30 minutes for our food while tables that were sat after us were almost done eating.. will not be returning.

Came in Thursday for a to go order for my family. Order was not ready(big shocker there), waited an additional 20 minutes. Came home and later in the evening members of my family started feeing sick. Next thing you know all night and the next day my whole family is sick. It’s now Saturday and everyone seems to be back to normal. Thanks onalaska bww for giving my family food poisoning.

Every time I order doordash they purposely screw up EVERY SINGLE ORDER....it's not just a few here and there... It's literally EVERY ONE ON DOORDASH... I have been ordering here for two years now .. that is seriously ridiculous and I don't know why it happens but it's definitely not an accident if it can happen only ordered on doordash for that long every single time. You need to figure out what is happening with this...

This business has declined immensely. I have ordered from here a couple times recently and it was more disappointing each time. Their chicken is just unhealthy, it’s very dry, almost skin and bone. There’s also often mistakes to mention as well. Kinda giving up on this place in general even though it’s very nostalgic.

Stopped here for lunch and to watch NCAA tourny basketball. Although very busy, we got a table quickly. Waitress was very attentive and brought our drinks quickly. We ordered a variety of items. They do offer lunch specials. I had a cheeseburger which is two patties so it's fairly large. One other had the chips & salsa; very good. Another had a chicken wrap; said it was very tasty. Waitress checked back often to see how our food was and to check on refills. All in all, a good place.

We ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich (didn't receive the marinara to dip the sandwich in) with chips and salsa (didn't receive the salsa) the BOGO boneless wings with 3 different sauces (only received 2 sauces one of which the bbq ranch was very dry) an order of fried pickles and southwest ranch, and the beer cheese cheese steak with fries. It was a take out order so sadly we couldn't get any of the missing things added as it was too late to go back when we discovered the missing sauces and flavors. Over all we were pretty underwhelmed by the food. I guess I would recommend maybe eating there in person rather than take out so you can make sure they get it right ..

Showed up with 15 people - high school team and some mentors. They said 30+ minutes, but got right to figuring it out. We had our drinks before 30 minutes! Service was amazing, food was good and we appreciated the waitresses attention. Thank You, Jenna

We ended up walking out!!!! We usually have a good experience there this time was terrible after 10 min after getting seated. No waitress went to ask if we could please get served. Couple minutes later had a waitress she said sorry was a mix up. We understood we placed our order with drinks. After a close 10min wait. A different table got seated with a different waitress for them they had got there drinks while we were still waiting. Got up explained up front what we experience and that we are leaving.
I worked in the food service industry from 2017-2022 and I always try to appreciate my servers. Tonight, my server was acting like he was avoiding my table. To start, he didn’t greet us when we sat down so that wasn’t a great start. We got drinks and ordered. After we got our food, (I guess carrots and celery no longer come with wings because I nor my wife got any with our 10 piece entres) I had to ask for a refill even though I kept my empty drink on the edge of the table facing the bar and he walked by twice without stopping to refill it. Tonight was not busy so it wasn’t like there was an excuse. Even though we both had food left on our plates, our server came over with a small box and handed us the check. I then had to ask if we could get the chocolate cake because no other food or dessert was offered to us. When it came, there was no ice cream and I know it should come with ice cream because I order it every time. Our server then brought the new check and handed it to me without saying a word. Once I paid, there was no “have a good night” or “thanks for coming in”. He just handed the receipt to me with a pen and left. This is ludicrous but I still tipped 15%! I hope this location can do better next time. This was disappointing to say the least.

Servers were very friendly but the management needs to lock in BIG time. How to you run out of wings and buffalo wild WINGS? How do you run out of GUAC? Can a fella EAT? Anyways, servers were nice and speedy, management needs to do their par sheets better. Please and thank you. Maybe I'll come back, please tell me when the wing issue is under control. I also asked if we could get BOGO for traditional wings since the boneless wings were out, but management shut that down faster than the cops shutting down latinos on a Friday night. genuinely the worst place i have ever been to, i will not return and i would not recommend this place to anyone. i have been to many other locations and this has been the worst. i ordered a ten piece wing and a medium soda. our pickup time was set for 6:40 and we arrived at that time and our food wasn’t ready until 7:05. i received luke warm wings and soda that had clearly run out of syrup. i requested my sauce on the side and it was smothered on the wings along with no napkins in the bag. i spoke to a woman that worked there and she was very rude and avoidant of the conversation. i have read the other reviews about this location and clearly am not the only one that feels this way. DO BETTER!🩷

There was this server named Josie she was pretty rude to my father-in-law. She was pretty rude about the orders to drinks and everything and she was being very mean and very rude about getting things done and throwing things around and because of that we kind of killed all of our hopes of ever going back to Buffalo wild wings, but please teach your servers to be nice because the server really made us not ever everyone ever come back
