This place is a joke! My husband and I went today (on Labor Day of all days) when you think they’d be busy…wondered why the parking lot looked dead. We got seated, but nobody bothered to tell us that they were out of half the menu items (until our server arrived and informed us). We were told they were out of burgers, and most side items. How? Here’s a thought if you’re gonna be out of half of your menu, maybe post it on the door before you waste people’s time that go in the restaurant and sit down. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. We were literally there two months ago and they were out of burgers and french fries too. I don’t understand how hard somebody’s job is, but whoever’s in charge of that place should be fired. Ridiculous. This place was way better a few years ago. They need to figure it out or they’re going to go out of business.

The food is always really good. We order online a lot and our orders are never right. That is the only thing that I can that we have a problem with.

I will only order take out, as the atmosphere as always is loud. Staff was disengaged. Was waiting for our order and was only approached by the original person, even though 3 others passed by, not even a smile out of them.
Wings and garlic knots were great. Love that I can get the sauce on the side. The mozzarella sticks were about the size of a pencil, not real impressed there. Will consider going back, but again only for take out.

We were there today at about 1:20 pm and sat for over 10 minutes and Noone would acknowledge us. We finally got up and left. Poor poor poor customer service and management. I would have given a -1 out of 5 if possible.

We just came from your place and we were not impressed! I watched the guys that started this place on the History Channel which was very interesting. My husband and I shared a Philly steak sandwich and it was the skimpiest sandwich...not at all like the pic in the menu. Very little meat and cheese. We also shared a 6 pc wings and they were just dripping in the sauce and not hot at all. I then saw the next table getting celery and carrots and I asked and she said, you have to ask for that. I said why would I ask if I didn't know that? That was disappointing. We were not happy at all! With the sauce dripping, they were super messy to eat. And we got plastic silver ware...how would you get that thru a wing....very unhappy.

We’ve always frequented this restaurant through short staff over the years. Food tasted great as always. My husband ordered 20 Traditional with 2 sauces, only received 1 sauce so they brought us 10 of the other sauce. He also redeemed his points for the 20 wings then the waitress took his phone to process it and they must’ve hit refund so it couldn’t be processed…$26.99!! He only ordered because of the points. Refills took several minutes, they had “no spoons”, and they had no kids cups for my children. Very dissatisfied with our visit so will take a lot to come back.

As someone who previously worked at Buffalo Wild Wings, I walked in with a clear understanding of what quality service should look like. Unfortunately, what I experienced was the complete opposite — a textbook case of how to drive guests away.

Our server displayed zero engagement from start to finish. No check-ins, no follow-up, and not a single ounce of attentiveness. The wings — which should be the bare minimum highlight of this place — were mislabeled, causing unnecessary confusion. It’s one thing to have an off day, but this was a total disregard for even the most basic customer service principles.

To make matters worse, the management team was nowhere to be found inside the building. Instead, they were casually chatting on the patio while the dining room fell apart during one of the busiest nights of the week — BOGO Thursday. It was painfully clear no one was managing the floor, much less leading by example.

Buffalo Wild Wings is built on an experience: great food, a lively atmosphere, and attentive service. This location delivered none of those. The complete lack of care was obvious and unacceptable. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect effort — and there wasn’t a trace of it.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received at Buffalo Wild Wings was unbelievably bad. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were being ignored. It took forever just to get seated, and even longer to get a server to acknowledge us. When someone finally did show up, they had a bad attitude and acted like we were a burden.

Our food took way too long to arrive, and when it did, part of the order was missing and what we did get was cold and poorly made. No one ever checked on us to refill drinks or apologize for the delays — it honestly felt like they just didn’t care at all.

I’ve been to other locations before and had decent experiences, but this one was a complete disaster. Not worth the money, time, or frustration. Do better, Buffalo Wild Wings.

Was just there walked in the door waited 3 minutes before anyone greeted us. Finally sat down. Waited an editional 12 minutes before we decided to just leave since no one asked us for our drink order let alone food. Terrible service. Several tables still had cups and food from left over party's on them still. Employees just standing around. Very disappointed. Will not be going back!!!

It was really weird experience. We went and half of the restaurant was open, along with workers just standing around. So we sat down and a girl came up to us saying no one can serve us unless we wait for 30 mins—even though half of the restaurant was open tables. So we left because there’s workers standing around and tables open with no one helping.
