2 employees on phones while customer stand at counter with no service. They ended up just walking out. And it's no wonder business is failing.

I stopped here for lunch while my truck was getting serviced. I was here working from out of town. Let me tell you hands down one of the best fast food establishments I have ever been too. It took me by surprise when I was eating and one of the workers stopped and asked me how was my food and if I needed anything. As if I was at an expensive restaurant. If I ever come back I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you for the experience.

Waited at the speaker for 10 mins, guy finally comes on, takes half our order and disappeared again. We left and so did four other cars that were behind us.

Ordered whopper w/ no tomatoes, no mustard, extra pickle & onion. What I got = whopper ingredients as above ... but it was also missing ketchup & missing lettuce 😕.

Waited in drive thru for prob 45 min. You can’t hear on the speaker. My son is 8 and gets anxious with waiting. Here visiting family thought it world be quick and was disappointed. Two employees sharing a headset. All I got was sorry for your wait.

They wind up giving me the wrong order and I didn't realize it till I got home. Had to drive back and get the correct order. Burger King has really gone downhill.

The man who took and gave me my order was very nice and helpful about answering my questions. No hassle or snoody attitude, just sincerely courteous. The food was freshly made and very good. I will definitely visit this Burger King again.

Place is pretty pathetic keeps stuff posted then I go to order and they say they don’t have it anymore and won’t proceed with a refund will be taking my buisness elsewhere

put a online order in at 9:03pm and when we got to the store about 20 minutes later the woman working proceeds to tell me that they are closed and that i am gonna have to refund my order and with no further explanation proceeds to walk away. crazy how we are closing stores 40 minutes early for no explained reason. (go to culvers instead)

Went here for lunch and probably won't ever go back. Ice machine was broken in dining area. So warm drinks. The Ketchup was so liquid that it wouldn't even stay on the fries. I asked if they ice they said no its broken. The floor was slippery and very dirty. Foot prints coming in and out of kitchen area to dining area. Son went to use bathroom and said there was no tp in bathroom.
