Rushed through the drive thru with nobody behind us not even near rush hour for food service, only wanted 2 things. Poor service very disappointing and disrespectful. We will not be back to this one due to workers poor ability to be patient for less than two minutes.

Ever since James showed up, this store has really turned around.
The food is delivered quickly and tastes how you'd expect a Whopper to taste. Despite some effort to sweep and mop the lobby and general seating area, I have had far better experiences at this store. Button up the cleanliness, and this is a 5-out-of-5

If I could give a 0 star review I would..I stood at the counter for over 4 minutes before I was helped. Then he was taking my order and the order for the drive thru and after getting home found out I didn't even get what I ordered...will never go to this burger King again

Almost every time I go there they screw up 2 of the sandwiches in my order. During lunch time they usually only have 2 people working. 1 taking counter and drive thru orders and 1 cooking the food. I waited at the drive thru window for almost 7 mins for my order of 2 sandwiches and then they screwed it up

Took about 15 min to get food and was the only person there not a fast food joint more like a 10 to 15 min wait was that way all 3 times I have went there.And drive thru was about the same and all 3 cars had to wait for food.Definitely not a place to go if you are short on time

It is 12:37 pm right now on Friday may 17 2024, the gentleman that is working the register is a great person to work with, he took the order and even though they are getting slammed everyone on the team are working great together. Honestly I’m happy I came here instead of somewhere else. To the team members that are working right now, keep up the great work.
