Those poor employees were extremely understaffed and finally told people that they were not going to take any more orders, at 1:15 in the afternoon. It took almost 20 minutes for our food to come out after a 10 minute wait to order. Apologetic employees who were overwhelmed. Food came out hot. Note to families, they did not have a changing table in with bathrooms, unless I missed it, and I checked twice.

I am a very good customer of Burger King. Usually I visit the Holmen, Wi store and have never been disappointed. I was at the Crossing Meadows Burger King drive thru/ weeks ago and purchased the 2 for $5 whopper with fry and soda. I drive 5 blocks away and when I bit into my cold Whooper I was so disappointed the second one was the just as cold. The cheese was very cold and the fries were limp. I was unable to go back to the store and sucked it up as a poor situation. Well one week later I gave them another chance, only ordering 2 for $5 Whoopers, same thing. Terrible and the sandwich was sloppy. Very disappointed. I would appreciate what you can do to make this right. No more Onalaska BK, Holmen only!

Delicious Oreo shake & enjoyed the chicken fries too. Service was great. Didn't take long either going through drive. Chicken Fries were hot & the shake was cold like they should be. There are places to shop close by here too so you can get a bite to eat before shopping.

He always goes above and beyond (I’ve never thought I could say that about a drive-thru) I have never received a cold burger or wrong item from this man and he always looks genuinely happy to be there it’s hard to find good people like him this man deserves a raise!

I’m done spending so much money for fast food, bad service, missing items, very slow service and they were out of coke, mellow yellow and hi-c. Food was barely warm when brought out! Another Berger King location in this area, you can’t even eat inside so, who knows what you’re getting at the drive through. Completely done with Berger King.

I went thru the drive thru ordered 2 original chickens with cheese. They asked me if I wanted my receipt,I said yes. Then they finally brought me my food but I never received my receipt and they didn't even give me a single napkin.

Not sure what's going on at this location but I have never once been here and not had something missing from my order. The wait is atrocious, the service and general attitude is terrible. This place needs to get gutted staff wise and completely redone. I can't be the only one who feels this way.
