Typical fast burrito bar. Definitely better than Hot Head but not as good as my local Chipotles, Moes, and Qdoba. The chips are a bit disappointing, heavily salted, like grocery store tortilla chips

Recieved a veggie bowl with half white and half brown Rice. Both rices were terrible. Beans are bland. Sour cream is very watery.

It's like Qdoba or Chipotle but less topping options and a bit higher priced. I hada chicken burrito bowl and it was pretty bland. $5 for chips and queso, which is not a sauce, literally melted cheese that is solidifying as you try to eat. Would I come back for a second go? No. Lots of options for lunch in this area.

One thing I realized when you ask them to cut the burrito in half they used to take the tinfoil off first. I usually used to ask b4 they put it on. I do not feel tinfoil should be used because when it was cut pieces of the foil was on my food inside. Not sure what pieces I ingested but I found a piece I took off. Sure not good idea to use foil. Usually the workers would put it in a container. Maybe go to wax paper if necessary to wrap it. Plastic wrap is not good either for plastic particles come off that too and can go inside your body. Not good toxins for Iiver. Thank you.

Very disappointed waited 10 minutes while the young boys talked and laughed. I finally went up and asked if they were ready to take my order. Tables were all dirty. Nointerested to come back

A fast casual burrito by any other name is just as savory.
Music so loud you have yell at the person you’re sitting with to hear any conversation. Ruins the experience when you can’t even hear yourself think. Food was good though.

I ordered the Burracho's nachos and was very disappointed when they charged me an extra $6 for chips and queso! What is the point of ordering nachos if the chips aren't included with the meal? Just because I got them on the side, which they asked if I wanted it that way, doesn't mean I should be charged six extra dollars? If anything they can charge me for a small side of queso if that's not included but nobody told me that either. Very disappointed probably won't come back.
