Caribou Coffee

I love Caribou. My favorite drink is the malted mocha cooler. I've had many. Recently I had one from this lacrosse location, and it had what I'm hoping was coffee grounds. I've never had this happen before, it's this normal?

I often come here to do homework on my days off. The food, atmosphere, and service is wonderful. One day, a manager (I think) noticed all of the stickers on my laptop and came to give me a Caribou one. She quite literally made my day. Her kindness shows through, and she deserves the world. Thank you, Caribou!!

Walking into Caribou Coffee is like a little escape from the everyday. The warm and cozy atmosphere instantly makes you feel welcome, whether you're there to grab a quick coffee or to settle in for a while. Their drinks are consistently fantastic—I'm a big fan of the Mocha and the Vanilla Latte, which are always rich and perfectly balanced.
What really sets Caribou apart, though, is the service. The baristas are always friendly, quick, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. They remember my order and my name, which adds a personal touch that you don't find everywhere. Plus, it's great to see a company that prioritizes quality ingredients and a good cause. It's more than just a coffee shop; it's a place that makes my day a little better. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already!

I really enjoy Caribou coffee. We don't have them near us but when we travel we like to grab a cup. This facility was clean and the barista was super friendly. I'd definitely go back. I enjoyed my cup of coffee

We love and miss Caribou! We were visiting La Crosse, WI (and will be back Monday!) and were thrilled to find a Caribou Coffee in town!! We are from Illinois. Our son worked for Caribou for about 10 years until all the Illinois stores were closed. It was far and away our favorite coffee shop. Nothing changed when we visited your La Crosse store. Same charm. Same great quality. Same welcoming baristas and same fantastic service.

I loved everything about this coffee shop except one thing. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The space is great for working or chatting with friends. The barista was incredibly sweet and helpful. The latte was a smooth blend of flavors. So, what didn't I like? Being from Pennsylvania, I will probably never drive by this coffee shop again, but I wish I could.

I have been coming to this location since they opened and have been disappointed lately. The floors and tables are filthy, which makes me question overall cleanliness.
