Chick-fil-A is always a special treat when I’m visiting the states and I wish I could always come to this location. The staff here are fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was positive and helpful. The food was great. Despite it being a messy, slushy day outside the restaurant was clean with mopped floors and clean washrooms. Such a positive experience!
I’ve never had an issue with this chick fil a before but had never gone back since I found this in the bottom of my lemonade.

Not a lot of food for the $. Chicken strips are very small. Bun on chicken sandwich tasted bad, and chicken was soggy. Culver’s chicken sandwich basket is much better quality! Such a nicely built restaurant, but food is lacking.
I had a stuffed cow on my mobile order October 24 that I never got. This was a $10 toy I got for my five year old. I put down I never got it on the app and nothing happened - 100% profit on this I gave them $10 for nothing

Expensive for what you get. $10 for 3 strips, some barely bigger than a sauce container. Fries not even full and extra greasy. Taste was good but the value for money is not there. Extremely disappointing.

I was very upset to be in town visiting last night n stop by ur store and see your manager outside engaged in an argument with customers. then to have someone in ur store I believe post the exchange on Facebook on stupid drivers in lacrosse, trying to humiliate paying customers. when ur manager should never have even been out the store n instigating such issues. sad day for Chik Fil A. . . . .
