Chipotle Mexican Grill

My burrito was so small I thought I had ordered from the kids menu by mistake.

I love Chipotle and their food, but this place was filthy. Every stainless surface and every table had a haze over it, from the tables to the trash cans all the areas around the drink machines were filthy. All the tables in the kitchen area were covered with a complete mess with nothing showing a wipe down. This place needs a new manager. Even the front entry concrete & door was absolutely filthy. Steer clear of this place, I think this is my first actual negative review and I am sad to post it.

Editing this the next day as I have time while entertaining my new guest Montezuma's revenge.

I did follow up on the Chipotle request to follow up with them and see what they could do to help. They have not responded in any way and judging by the fact that these filthy restaurant reviews go back over a year nobody else gets responded to either.

This is a publicly traded company somebody should really be in charge of responding to negative reviews and fixing things like this.

The food was good, but the music was obnoxious and very loud, and the men's restroom smelled like a barn.

Avoid this particular chipolte at all costs. Protein serving is less than half of any other chipolte I've ever been to. Explanation for why was hilarious. It was obvious they couldn't keep up with the orders and were shortchanging everyone as a result. Don't support this location

Also no garbage can for the outdoor seating despite there being a stand. Left trash on table as a result, they can clean up their own messes.

Trash inside was even worse, do these ppl understand they're running a business?

This was at 3pm, in no way the busiest time of the day ...

so i asked for a bowl for here and i got very little food. it was not even filled halfway. i am very disappointed because really do love chipotle. please always ask for extra food or to go.

These are the chips they gave my wife. This place is unbelievably bad - don’t be surprised if you get 3 pieces of chicken covered in about a pound of slimy, brown guacamole hidden underneath a mountain of lettuce. The employees are pleasant enough, but the building and the food are just bad news. Every few months we crave chipotle and give in to the temptation, thinking this time it’ll be different, but I’ve been here like 6 times in the last 3 years and I think there’s been something weird (like portioning) or gross about my food 4 of those times.

I was on my way back from vacation, I was very tired and hangry because I haven’t eaten in a while. I thought it might be I good idea to walk my big back away from fried and get something somewhat healthy so I ordered a burrito from chipotle and my sister ordered a bowl. Mine was okay but very cold and she liked hers until she started to get itchy. We couldn’t find out what was wrong until she pulled out a jalapeño which she is allergic to. Out had to pull out the epi pen mid drive, she was still not able to breath so that one weak ever doctor paid off because I had to whip out the Heimlich. This almost caused us to crash into to on other car. She is very traumatized and every time she eats she is very shacky and scared. Chipotle should probably be cleaner that way less cross contaminations happen.

The food is delicious i’ve never had a problem with my burrito bowl, but yesterday I got chips and queso and the chips were chewy (im just really hoping they don’t reuse chips they have in those bags if they don’t all get sold) but it was disgusting i’ve actually never had a chewy chip 🤢

If you like going places where you presence alone seems to be bother and heaven forbid you want to order food then this is your place. Manager could care less. Staff standing around. They had no other orders too make. Had to ask them to actually make my order after 10 minutes of waiting and still got it wrong. Plus far from clean.

I paid $17 dollars for a drink and one of if not the worst burritos I’ve ever had. The steak was abysmally soft and off tasting and honestly I wouldn’t be suprised if I get extremely sick later tonight. Save your wallet and tastebuds and go somewhere else.

Pretty dirty- several tables that needed to be wiped, serving counter next to cash register messy/ and it was not busy, several staff standing around. . Manager literally interviewing a potential employee at a dirty table- is it a test? Lettuce not so fresh, chips tasted stale though they said they were fresh, but there might be an issue with fryer? Staff were nice.

Burrito was good, but my order of chips came with about 10 chips in total. They were also extremely stale. Do better.
