Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very small restaurant even though they just opened a few min before wife and I got there it seemed to be dirty the floor and the inside windows had food all over them but food was very good no complaints there.

I've been coming here quite frequently. I had previously given you a 5 star rating as all the guys and very nice girl have treated me so well. Food has been great, even though one night there was so corn or salsa. These items should always be available up to closing. What really changed my review was the guy who served me tonight. Not nice, as I was telling him what I wanted, I told him I wanted mild sauce, before I could even tell him I just wanted a small amount, he gobbed a whole bunch on. Then proceeds to tell me there's no sour cream. C'mon seriously? Sour cream is one of the main items that make this taste good and evens out the spicy food. I was there approximately 9:16 pm and there's no sour cream?? You have an obligation to customers to serve them food until closing. No way was there no sour cream, he just didn't want to fill it up. I don't care if it's 9:55 pm, you close at 10 pm. Very disappointed and certainly won't be back for awhile now. The other change tonight was I was charged way more than previously. I've been paying $12 for my bowl and one night $10. I don't get all the extras. So thanks alot to who ever served me tonight on February 25, 2025 at around 9:16 pm. You for sure need some people skills and not be so lazy to grab some sour cream. Most fast food always have all the food available up until closing. There's no exception for Chipotle especially with 40 minutes left to close. I will be speaking to a manager. I have almost 50,000 reviews and I hope this changes the way you do business!!!

It's been four years since my original review.... I don't understand? Every single time you go in, it's like they've never cleaned all week. Garbage overflowing, every table full of food or crumbs. It's like that frat or party house you'd always go to every Friday night in college and have fun, but would never live there. Plus, portion sizes are pathetic. It doesn't matter what it is, they give you nothing. I've watched countless employees take a scoop of rice, or chicken, or guac, or pico, literally anything, and shake half of the scoop off the spoon before they put it in your bowl or burrito. But then if you ask for another scoop..... sheesh it's like you asked them to build a rocket ship out of popsicle sticks. The deep "sighs" and "scoffs" they give you are insane. The burritos and bowls are pushing $15-$20 nowadays, Heaven forbid they load them up for that price.

I went last Friday (June, 18th 2021) after their recent open of their new store. As always with a new location, I had to wait in line a little longer than usual because it was packed. My food was extremely tasty, well seasoned, and fresh. You can literally watch them cook the meat on the grill and hand-smash the guac. Please disregard the two-star and one-star reviews for this place, especially when the people giving those reviews would rather "take their business to Burrachos, or B.A Burrito Co.". It's obvious those people only want to spend $5 for a less-than average tasting burrito. This restaurant has barley been open for a week, give them a chance to catch their breath

Pretty rough looking Chipotle. Was not busy at all (no one in line) and workers are just standing around but the restaurant is a disaster. Very dirty. And no one seems to think the food and dirt was an issue. They said the water was not working in the back as well. Will not be coming back to this location. Worried if they are okay with how the restaurant looks, that the kitchen is worse

Who is in charge of the Onalaska, WI store?? I have never written a review about a restaurant in my life, but this is the second time I’ve been there and it’s been absolutely disgusting! I see now that I’m not the only one who experienced this. This place needs new people in charge. It’s unacceptable.

Embarrassingly bad staff

The whole environment was disgusting. The kitchen was a mess, and the counters had food flung all over them. The bins that had the topping in them had other toppings mixed into all the other bins. Now get your food and go out to the lobby... even worse. There are no clean tables, the ice machine is over flowing, ice is all over the ground, too. There's trash and food all over the floors. The glass windows look like they've never been wiped since opening. Will definitely not be going back. Especially when you leave feeling dirty and gross, you even ate there.

We went on 12/22/24. The food was good as usual. However, the place was a mess. Garbages were full or littered all over the top. There was food on the floor and tables. The drink fountain station was sticky and just a mess. Didn't look like any of the staff there truly cared to even be there. The one with glasses at the register (him) and the one in the drive-through (her) with short hair spent 90% of their time on their phones they didn't have customers. The cooks looked like they could care less to be there. Honestly, the only one who stayed busy and looked like he gave some care to his work was the line prep gentleman who started all your food. Minus him, the other downtime could have been cleaning there were enough of them.
* Noting there were only 3 families including us in there.

We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon on our way home, we should have just gone home. Every table was filthy, the drink area was littered with straw wrappers and torn napkins, and the food is highly overpriced for what you get. I guess the workers are too busy standing around to to wash tables or clean up garbage. Where is the management? What a disgrace. I used to love Chipotle but will never eat at another one.

Inconsistent. Food is decent but the quality is lacking. And they screw my orders up. They gave me raw tortillas. Their chips are mid.

My husband and I grabbed a late lunch at 2:20 p.m. and this place was absolutely filthy. We should have left but we were starving. Definitely not up to the health codes. There were about 6-7 workers all standing around doing absolutely nothing. Highly recommend not to eat here. Food and garbage everywhere 😵.

Food is good but portions are hit or miss on amounts when going thru drive thru. I believe Chipotle is facing a lawsuit over this problem. It is so easy to fix by just giving us what we have paid for
