Nice trick. On National Burrito Day, of all days, there was to be a coupon code for free delivery. So I put in the code. But then, they jacked up the price of the food! I would have paid almost $5 extra for two items! I guess I would call that a delivery fee. What a joke. I canceled my order. This breaks my heart because I love Chipoltle's food and was really excited when they opened in my area.

If I could give it 0 stars I would that's how bad this shi was table had crumbs and sour cream all over it when we sat down our bowls that we got where barely proportional literally saw the mf put half of that a scoop of all things I asked for $30 for 2 bowls with hardly anything in it is unjustified save your money and go across the street to Qdoba anything is better than this sad excuse of a chipotle what happened to their 'made fresh' everyday because mine certainly was not! ? Ps would rather microwave a mf burrito for that price...

Food was good and fresh, however restaurant is FILTHY. dirty entrance doors, food on the floor, food droppings within cooler of bottled beverages, disorganized kitchen area, garbage heaping… just dirty. I almost turned around if it weren’t for the freshness of the food within the counter that I saw when ordering.

Food is always good, but coming in today I felt like I was a burden. My burrito was messy and seemed thrown into the foil. I tried to smile and let the blonde girl behind the counter know I was trying to uplift her and was met with eye rolls and a short, irritated tone of voice. I love chipotle but this made me not want to come back. Wish they wore name tags so she can get some kind of attitude adjustment or at least know that her attitude affects the people that visit this store.

Burrito came completely exposed and not fully wrapped. I paid extra for guacamole. No guacamole or half of the other toppings I wanted. Couldn't even figure out what was all in there. Made me nauseous!
By far the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. Every table was dirty, doors/windows were dirty, floor was covered in food and dirt, all silverware and napkins were out but some how there were over 6 people working. Don’t understand how a place can be so filthy but yet there are that many employees working. Customer service wasn’t great on top of it.

I am extremely disappointed in this visit. I ordered through the app and was trying to pick it up from the pick up window inside and after waiting for multiple minutes I was finally informed they don't keep it there anymore but instead keep the orders by the drive thru window. Most of the younger male boys were congregated together chatting and ignoring customers. They were leaving what seemed to be the newest employee alone to handle things by himself. They also accused him of messing things up in a "hazing" or "taunting" way. One of my bowls is also extremely wet and soupy. I thought this chipotle was on the up and up after my last visit here but now it seems they have reverted back into one of the least friendly Chipotle restaurants I frequent.

DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Burrachos across the street.The only thing that kept me coming back to this Chipotle 3 sometimes 4 times a week was the convenience of the drive thru pick up line. I like to take my dog for car rides and the employees like to say hi and sometimes give him some pets or little cup of steak or chicken as a treat which I really appreciated. The downside to using the drive thru is that you have to order through the app which doesn’t have side options for every ingredient in your bowl. So I order my bowl the same way Everytime I go and then when I arrive I asked for some shredded cheese on the side so it doesn’t melt in my bowl on the drive back home. This has never been questioned or been an issue for any of the workers until today. I sat in the drive thru waiting ungreeted for ~10 minutes and when I was finally talked to 4 mins after my scheduled pick up time I was handed my food and when I asked for a side of a shredded cheese I was told I would have to come inside to pay for it. I questioned why it’s never been a problem before and it comes included in the bowl. There is never a charge for putting shredded cheese on a bowl and this gentleman who I believe was the manager said he had to do this because “it would throw off their inventory” because I didn’t order it through the app which doesn’t have an option for the cheese on the side. I explained this and was told I’d have to come inside and pay so I left.I will be making the switch finally to burrachos because it’s cheaper, cleaner, and the same quality of food, just without the convenience of the drive thru which apparently at chipotle just screws you over.If I asked for the shredded cheese on the side by ordering inside there wouldn’t be a charge or an argument it would’ve been put in a cup and in my bag no problem.
