All I have to say is good marrow indeed! As a frequent creamery goer, specifically one who dabbles every weekend, I was overjoyed to discover this edge-of-town gem! As I enter the creamery, the aroma of fresh cream whiffs through the festive spider-webbed-themed decorations. The staff often greets me with a “So what’s the scoop?”, a neat little slice of humor that completes the creamery experience pie?? As a frequently avid creamery hopper, I have got to say this is one of the tops. This location always loads me up, unlike the other ones. I always look forward to my weekly Saturday evening sweet treat. There is never a line, which is superior compared to the parlor downtown. The workers are pretty nice, as I enjoy striking up the occasional conversation. And with that, let’s feast on a sweet treat that is so very neat!

A long, long while back they eliminated the "Gotta Have It" size of malts/shakes. Now, I just went in and they no longer make malts at all, only shakes. How are you an ice cream shop that doesn't make malts? What kind of nonsense is that? I specifically clarified with the employee that they no longer serve malts, only shakes. Permanently lost me as a customer. Good job Cold Stone, way to ruin your reputation.

Not one time have we been to this location and felt welcomed or wanted. Every interaction has made us feel like we are interrupting their naps. It's been this way for YEARS. Going to an ice cream shop with kids is supposed to be a fun experience but even the kids have noticed and asked "Why was that person so rude?" the last few times we've gone. Spend your money elsewhere, there are PLENTY of good ice cream shops around

Just a bit disappointed. Waited in line for awhile just to be told they can't make shakes, smoothies, or take card. Cash only. Should be a sign or something on the door prior to me making my way through line just to be told they can't really do anything unless you have cash

I ordered a birthday cake online for my daughter. It was supposed to have yellow frosting, red writing, and sprinkles covering the sides. It had peach colored icing with white writing, 1/2 an inch of sprinkles around the bottom, and barely any toppings mixed in. As expensive as it was, I definitely expected my order to be correct. Lesson learned and I won't order another cake from them.

It’s a Friday, with 20+ people in line. The girl with the long pink hair is hiding in the back and not helping her co-worker AT ALL. This poor young man has served and taken everyone’s orders while she did absolutely NOTHING AT ALL.Someone needs to tell her to help her coworkers when it’s busy. We’ve been in line for over 30 (not exaggerating) minutes bc she won’t help her co worker.

The waffle cones are thick and taste like fortune cookies, not that light, sweet taste. They weren't busy and still messed up my ice cream, I won't go back, what a waste of money.

Ordered online, got there at the pick up time, and waited in line to then be told that they haven’t started making it yet. The worker didn’t know how to do a refund. They were out of several ingredients. Had to sit there and wait for my family’s extremely overpriced ice cream.
