Pass on this location if you need the drive thru. Two lanes are down to one. We were 5 deep in the road waiting to get in parking lot. The big issue is they try to use 2 speakers. I pull up to speaker 1 and they tell me to go to speaker 2. Meanwhile cars behind me give their order to speaker 1. They pull around me. Get their food before me. After waiting as long as I did, it was maddening that they served the cars behind me first. Time to find a different Culver's.

Always love Culvers. The food is excellent, but more importantly, customer service is phenomenal. I don’t know where their trainers come from but every grocery store every department store every restaurant should have the same training as the Culver’s employees do. So polite, so friendly so accommodating!

I had the burger (mushroom-swiss). The sandwich was tasty and juicy 😋. The crinkle fries were also hot and filling.
It seems like extra emphasis is paid to handling the drive-thru patrons. However it is like that in most places.
If I have to grab a quick sandwich, Culver's is generally my go-to.
A single, double and large fries was over $18. Not cheap, right?
People say they really like the root beer. I personally avoid the flavor of the day dessert and go with plain flavors.

The custard was freshly scooped, creamy, and delicious. Completely worth the price we paid. Our sever, Aidah, gave us the best service. Whatever we needed, she was there. She personally scooped the custard, adding the homey touch. Would recommend. 10/10
