Very clean, nice staff, good food, and when they make your food wrong even when you are very specific about what you want on it because you have allergies and will get violently sick if you have it. They were apologetic and got me the right food very quickly. It was also then 1 of our best experiences with the food after that.

The worst waiting time ever on top of their lives of saying sorry we didn't see you there but yet I've been sitting there for 15 minutes and I had to throw my food away because I missed my lunch break because of them

Took a long time to get our order and very loud. Unfortunately we had to talk very loud and not the usual relaxing time
Ordered a shake, a Sunday, a small fry, and cheese curds. Sat down and waited close to 15 min. Sunday melted, curds multiple empty shells and fries cold. Horrible experience head to Cains down the street or any other place around..

Elijah was taking our order and he did amazing. He accidentally broke the plastic cup but got another one so it wouldn't leak. He did an amazing job and taking our order and also bringing our food out. He should definitely get a raise.

After waiting 10 min to place my order, it took more than 20 min to get my food. Most Culver’s are busy however this location appears to be poorly run. The manager was assembling all the food orders while he had people standing around. He was also yelling complaints to kids working drive up about order exceptions. Bad atmosphere and lots of unhappy customers watching this fiasco. Should have gone to Chick-fil-A.

Kind of disappointed. Came for the Dark Chocolate Decadence flavor of the day. Monday Oct 20th about 9:10pm. I love Culvers Dark Chocolate custard but, this was definitely regular chocolate custard. The color was too light for Dark Chocolate. When I asked the staff they assured me this was Dark Chocolate Decadence and the color was just really similar to regular chocolate custard. It tasted like regular chocolate custard. Really this was so disappointing.

Culver's is my only fast food place & the only place the whole family ever agrees on. Try a mixer with raspberry & Butterfingers! I know is sounds like a crazy combo but it is SO good!
