I took my sibling over to this dairy queen and the staff was nice. The ice cream there is amazing, I had the royal new York cheesecake blizzard and normally I requested for them not to flip it but forgot this time to (I do this because of the filling), but when they did flip it didn't leak any of that wonderful filling. My sibling had a simple Oreo blizzard and enjoyed it as well. Overall it was an amazing service and in the building they make it a little fun for kids by flipping and smiling with a real genuine smile.

I ordered a custom cake online a few days prior to picking it up. Came in to the store at the selected time & date. However, they never made the cake I ordered & I was told to pick one from the freezer. Very disappointing as it was for someone’s birthday.

Sitting at our table it was a long wait. The staff noticed and came out and apologized for the wait and gave us coupons for our next visit. Can not complain about that. Great Staff!

Food has gone downhill, new parmesan chicken strips are probably the nastiest thing I've had all year.
They took 25 minutes to get 2 burgers and they got the order wrong. I didn't have time to get a refund because I was on a 30 minutes brake

Paid $20.10 for a bill of $4.10. Got a bunch of change back. Asked why... you gave me $20.01 was the response. No I didn't, but clerk wasn't willing to acknowledge that. Manager was no help. Horrible service all over 9 cents.
