Paid $20.10 for a bill of $4.10. Got a bunch of change back. Asked why... you gave me $20.01 was the response. No I didn't, but clerk wasn't willing to acknowledge that. Manager was no help. Horrible service all over 9 cents.

Just an overall bad experience, went in with my family and ordered 4 dessert items, 2 came on time but for some reason the other were 20 minutes late for some cones, and to add insult to injury they helped 5 other parties until they finally completed our order, I was not very happy and I wanted a refund but the poor manager who was not very good at his job decided to cop an attitude. Look I know service is hard to come by but really it comes down to a poor culture at the store, the owners don’t seem to care. You can read nothing but bad reviews on here and while management writes back they don’t seem to care, if you don’t wanna service customers then why get into the customer service industry, I would avoid this place. I think a Culver’s is near by and they will treat you a lot better

Orders frequently get messed up. Lately toppings for blizzards are only in the top half of it, they aren't getting mixed well

I just left here. I ordered a ice cream cone it took the kid 3 tries to make it and still messed it up. On top of that there was 2 employees behind him throwing ice cream at each other and then they were trying to smash a ice cream cone on the other ones head. This place has no management or structure.
Seems like the employees can only handle one order at a time. Very slow

I normally never write reviews but I had to on this one, I ordered a flamethrower meal with extra sauce on the burger thinking I’d get like double the amount as normal… they drown this burger in sauce I got about 10 times the amount of a normal burger if not more! I tried resuscitation the burger by wiping the excess off to no avail I ran out of napkins so I threw it in the garbage

Disappointing visit. Cashier was extremely dry in his dealing with us. None of the staff at the ordering counter was friendly or paid attention to us whilst we waited to place our order.Place was clean but food was less than average.

Mobile ordered 2 Cupfections (@$6.59 each). They were ready by the time I got there, but they were the most disgusting ice cream treat I've ever gotten from DQ. 2/3 of the cup was pure hot fudge/caramel. Barely any ice cream and the brownie was just one giant piece. Don't waste your time and money here and just go across the street to Culver's.
