Mobile ordered 2 Cupfections (@$6.59 each). They were ready by the time I got there, but they were the most disgusting ice cream treat I've ever gotten from DQ. 2/3 of the cup was pure hot fudge/caramel. Barely any ice cream and the brownie was just one giant piece. Don't waste your time and money here and just go across the street to Culver's.
We brought in 14 family members for ice cream at8:30 pm after a church service. We were all on one ticket. Service was excellent with no mistakes. Great job!

This might seem petty but this location cannot get anything even the simplest things right.I quit coming here after a few botched blizzards and yesterday they seemed unable to get a cone right.
Newly owned. Service was great (MUCH better than the last owners). They are a dessert-only DQ (no kitchen).The soft serve cones are good...they even have chocolate so you can get a twist cone!Like most DQs, they need to learn how to mix the blizzards.....my son and I both got one and all the stuff was at the top, only partially mixed in.Glad to have one back in town! Will go again.

Service has improved SO MUCH since the new owners took over a couple years ago! They are friendly and the place doesn’t always seem dirty!

Wife went through drive through and was rudely greeted by a gentleman. After I asked her to go in and ask for a number he and another employee started talking garbage to my wife and refused to help her with a number. I’ve now contacted the franchise owner and corporate. Hope they enjoy

Went thru the drive thru this morning shortly after 10am. Got to the ordering speaker and a voice come on saying “what can I get for u” in a very annoyed tone!! I was upset and went inside and that’s when the guy who was running the drive thru said with an attitude that he simply greeted me… I said that’s how u greet customers??? I asked for a corporate number and that’s when another employee came out and said we don’t have one and that I needed to leave!! I said that ok I will find out what it is and she said “Good. Bye” talk about rude and unprofessional!! I took my business over to Culver’s across the highway where I was treated like a customer should be!! Will never spend my money at another Dairy Queen again!!
