Amazing food and service!! We enjoy going there very much!!

Very disappointed with last night's dinner. Four of us, all ordered something different. The three cheese Flatbread was the only dinner that was up to the reputation of this restaurant. Fish and chips - fish was overcooked. Walnut burger came with way too few fries. Chicken burger looked pathetic. Dinner was severed with no silverware or napkins on the table. No offer to refill water or iced tea during dinner.

My family and I arrive a couple minutes after 7 pm, and a sign on the door says the last seating is at 7 pm. The door is locked. If your last seating is at 7 pm, then don't post an 8:30 pm closing time. It ruined the evening for my family as we did not have time to find another restaurant as my son is gluten-free and we went here specifically for the number of GF menu items.

First let me start by saying that the food is amazing. But every single time we actually plan to go, it never workouts. I called to make sure they accept take out orders over the phone. Once I got the confirmation that they did, I got the order figured out and tried to call back but no one would pick up. It sounded like someone would pick up the phone and hang up or place me on hold. So I gave it a few minutes since it was a Saturday, but still no answer and it was the same exact sound. It even rang for a while. Very disappointed especially since we’re always in the mood for it but the service always fails us…

I was craving fish and went here. Big mistake the fish was so overcooked it was hard to chew and even got stuck in my teeth, the batter tasted burnt. Oh and I believe the coleslaw was expired multiple people at the table tried it and all agreed it was gross and something was wrong with it. The server barely came to our table. Getting a refill of soda was impossible. I've had a bad experience here before and decided to not come here anymore but my sister wanted to go here so I gave you guys another chance and this happens. I will not be giving you a third chance.

The food and service were outstanding! The restaurant was a recommendation from the front desk clerk at the hotel we stayed at and she was absolutely right. I had the fish tacos, but hesitated to order them because I was afraid they might be too spicy. They weren’t. The seasoning was flavorful with just enough heat. The cheese curds were unlike any I’ve ever had and they were outstanding! I had a strawberry lemongrass mule. It was unlike anything I have ever had and I really enjoyed it. Our server was friendly and attentive. A great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great service. Great atmosphere. Amazing food! The "cheese curds" are seriously huge cubes. I've never disliked anything I've ordered there yet!

My son took me here for the first time, and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place, I will be ready to go back, sooner than later, highly recommend eating here and the staff was awesome!!

Food was straight from a can..mac n cheese was good though. Bartender was juggling six jobs, drinks were slow but not his fault. Maybe need to hire some extra help!

Classic American diner, though a bit more upscale. I loved the Trempealeau Hotel walnut burger. The restaurant was a bit cold for me, but some folks prefer that. Also a great beer selection.

The service was good, and my drink was good for root beer. Tried the fish and chips, and they were ok. The only thing was that they didn't have that many more food choices. I wouldn't really stop here again, but tbh the only thing I wish if they have more food choices ?
