Used to LOVE going to fazoli's! They definitely downgraded since the last time I was there. We got chicken fettuccine alfredo & chicken parm... Noodles were undercooked & chicken was rubbery, like it was overcooked or freezerburnt. Breadsticks were good as usual, but that's pretty difficult to mess up as you just gotta heat them up.

Our food was lukewarm and didn’t even taste the greatest. The breadsticks were warm and overcooked. They were rock hard on the ends. Will not be going here again.

It's a fast food place where the cashier pesters you for a tip (and gets passive-aggessive if you don't).
Save the tipping for real restaurants, not McDonald's-tier fast food. Expecting someone to give you a three-dollar tip because you spent two seconds carrying a tray from one side of the counter to the other is kinda pathetic, honestly.

I was greatly disappointed that you would take the kids ravioli away. No ravioli at all left on the menu. This was only reason I visited Fazolis. The bigger meals are way too filling for me. Please consider bringing this kids meal back .
