Fazolis is one of our favorite fast food restaurants. We love the baked spaghetti and breadsticks. I love that they added Cheesecake Factory cheese cake to the menu.
We have no complaints about the service.

Awesome and perfect. The person who served us, Iyanu, was very nice, friendly, and responsive to our needs. She brought out extra breadsticks and gladly helped take our dishes. 5 star service.
Always very good food. Iyanu was the cashier/server and has very good customer service skills as she is talkative, friendly, attentive, and caring about the customer. She sent me home with lots of bread sticks as well.

Used to LOVE going to fazoli's! They definitely downgraded since the last time I was there. We got chicken fettuccine alfredo & chicken parm... Noodles were undercooked & chicken was rubbery, like it was overcooked or freezerburnt. Breadsticks were good as usual, but that's pretty difficult to mess up as you just gotta heat them up.
