Five Guys

One of the main guys behind the counter was treating and training his coworkers so well. Very impressed with the kindness and professionalism here. And everything is pretty clean.

I think sometimes the burger might not be as good as other five guys (I wish the cheese was more melted) but I LOVE that they offer grilled green peppers.

There is a way to lead people and than there isn’t. I don’t know who the larger guy that was working today is it it’s very unprofessional and rude to repeatedly correct someone in a public setting raising your voice across the entire restaurant. That is cruel to that person and to your customers who are trying to enjoy their food in a friendly and peaceful environment. The young lady face was going red and she looked embarrassed to be in this place of work. I would be too if I was her. No way to treat your employees. -5 stars for you.

Maybe the best burgers in the La Crosse area! Fries are also amazing! Fast service, friendly people. Nothing fancy as far as atmosphere goes, but def with the few extra $.

Its getting better the grills are getting seasoned by all the burgers. Some of the older 5 guys is still better but this one ain't bad.

not the special place it used to be

Would not recommend to my worst enemy, right out the door fries were cold and thrown all over the bag, took 20 minutes to get 1 burger and fries(store was empty). Requested items for the burger weren’t on it, Grease all over the bag literally dripping out of the bottom. Terrible experience

All I got were fries and That was the worst fry i've ever eaten. Dry and flavorless. We asked for salt but they clearly weren't salted.

Had a good experience dining today. I had bacon cheeseburger and a regular fry with water. Service was friendly (greeted when you walked in) and fairly prompt to get food ordered and made. Burger was excellent with generous portions of fry. I would recommend this could be a meal for two if need be. Staff was actively cleaning throughout the time I was there which was a nice surprise . I would vote coming back for anyone looking for a good fast food burger. It is a bit spendy but for the taste and portion size, I think it was worth it.

Honestly the burgers are the only positive here. The price is just ridiculous for what your getting. The fries are soggy, and they barely give you any!! I've visited this location now 4 times and I've always ordered a small. The last time I got a regular just knowing it wouldn't be enough for my daughter and her father and I. And we got as much as a small fry in the cup. And it's a blizzard today and there's no one in here. Couldn't even be nice enough to give the extra scoop you would get in the eau claire location. This place is not worth it for me.
