I love jimmy Johns. However this past Friday I ordered from the Onalaska wi location at 8:42 pm and I thought they closed at 10 pm. They never delivered my food and drink. Contacted them and they won't do shit. The manager i talk to said she will get back to me soon as she talks to the manager who was working that night. I want my $16 dollars refunded!

This Jimmy jons is right next door to a much better option for lunch. Instead of hard chewy bread and average sandwich selections go next door to Burrachos. Burrachois a fresh prepared Mexican fast food restaurant that makes amazing lunch dinner and catering option. Skip the plain sub for the burracho!

I'm not a huge fan the bread isn't very good the only good part is the Chips those are 5 Star. My mom likes it though but in my opinion Subway is better.

Ordered two toasted subs, no delivery in the 45 minutes I waited before cancelling the order. Corporate forwarded complaint to the store for management contact within 24 hrs. Did not hear anything from management.

I just placed a $40 order.. they delivered a giant sandwich with NO MEAT!!. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE 😂...And would not redelivery or refund. Manager said they won't. So I guess me and my kids will have to go somewhere. What a joke. Who wants a free sandwich they owe me?? because I will not ever order there again

Ordered my food online, and they constantly come to our office to deliver. The time stamp stated 11:15 to 11:30 am. I called at 11:45 wondering where my food was. The person who answered knew my order wasn't delivered because he said the manager knew about this. He handed the phone right over. The manager, Zach, directly said I am not sure what happened to your order it was sent 15 minutes ago. If you knew this, why did you not try to contact me or at least try to get the food out ASAP. Why did you have to wait for me to call you. It is not my fault you guys got busy. I ordered my food before your store even opened. There is no excuse. You could have at least comp me for the food to actually show you cared. I have been in customer service for many years, and how your manager handled it was not cool. We give your business lots of business, and now I am going to rethink where I will be ordering from now on. Thanks, but no thanks. You definitely lost a customer.

If you love to roll the dice as to whether you’ll get your food from jimmy john’s! in a half hour (ridiculous) or an hour and a half+ (infuriating) then by all means order from here. Also a good fifty/fifty if they’ll get your order right. Can’t overstate enough how much I won’t order here again

sandwiches are consistent, employees have good attitudes, a delivery guy was working, clean store, bathrooms were well maintained, parking is readily available, you might have to walk through 2-3 rows of cars but theres always parking (the distance is no different than parking at Target or Walmart and walking in).

Parking: plenty you just have to walk through 2-3 rows of cars but the parking lot is very high turnover so if you NEED to park right up front you only have to wait a couple of minutes…

I ate there last night first thought it didn't taste so bad, until I came home and kept burping all night even when i was try to sleep and it kept tasting like the food, and being so gassy, now I don't feel the best. This is the last thing I ate for food. Differently not going again. Idk if something was cross camted or what. I had the jj blt sub and Barbque chips and the drink from the fountain. Won't recommend it either. My friend I was with said he won't eat there again exscpecially sense I'm not feeling the best.
