Ordered lunch at 11:40AM. It finally showed up at 1:40PM. The delivery driver didn't even bring the food inside. They left the sandwhich outside the front door of our BUSINESS.

I always go to jimmy John love there subs and understand that they run out of bread but I got no update no text I had to call in after after an hour and a half and they informed me they were out of bread and would be there soon we a half an hour later they showed up not really liking the service right now

I usually love Jimmy John’s but tonight I ordered a turkey Tom and got a sub with a cup of mayo, one piece of turkey, and half a handful of lettuce. At least the salt and vinegar chips tasted as good as they usually do. Sandwiches are rarely consistent from this location.

Order via their app and they waited 30 mins to call me and tell me they didn’t have any delivery drivers. Pretty ironic considering their business model is based upon having “freaky fast” delivery.

I have had multiple problems with this store. But the most recent being tonight when a friend ordered delivery online and it took more than an hour. So I called and the person who answered the phone had a very rude tone. They told me that they called my friend multiple times but she never received any calls. Apparently they canceled her order almost immediately after she placed it because they didn’t have delivery drivers. As a place known for “freaky fast delivery” you should at least have one person to deliver. But I’ve worked in customer service so I know that people call out. But if you can’t meet peoples demands then put on your website that you can’t do deliveries. Or better yet actually call people and don’t lie about it when they call to ask where their food is.

once I got no food and had to wait the entire weekend to speak to someone to get my money back. And I also had to cancel one of my orders because they didn’t have any delivery drivers that day??‍♂️??

I'm unable to rate the food because it's 2 hours late (or more - it's still not here). When I called the restaurant to see what was going on, I got a "I'm sorry" and nothing else. I have a specific lunchtime at my work & now it's over & I'm hungry!!!
