The subs were good, the service different but satisfactory. The restaurant was what you would expect for a sub restaurant.

I moved to the area recently and found an excellent sandwich shop. I've been here 3 times and the quality and service have been consistently great. It took me a couple of visits to get the ordering procedure down (I'm a little thick) but now I'm an old hand. First the guy (always the same guy) who greets you (always!) and takes your order is so friendly, warm and just an all around joyful being. Second the sandwich comes fast and is presented like it's an image of the perfect sandwich (if you googled that). It is a simple sandwich, yet somehow elevated (they have a few bougie and unusual ingredients). The bacon is always crisp and appetizing in appearance. The condiments application is always appropriate. And the bread is always fresh. A really good dining experience is so rare these days,but I usually don't call out the bad ones too often (too much negativity these days). I really enjoy handling attaboys though. Great job Lindy's!

"Italian Round' bread is just basic sliced-white sandwich bread you get at the store. Just a little disappointed that I got sliced-white bread when I was expecting a sub!Regardless, the food was still pretty good. They were quick and had great service at the La Crosse location. Maybe I am just a fool!

We stopped for lunch on a recent visit to the area. The sandwiches were tasty and the employees were super friendly! We would definitely eat here when we’re in town in the future!
So I used to live in Onalaska and would treat myself from Lindy's. I was in La Crosse for a family member's funeral. Before I left town I had to get a sub. I did built your own. You can get different varieties of subs they make. If you're in La Crosse/ Onalaska try their subs. They're really good.

Quality of food has gone down hill. The broccoli cheese soup is gross with no flavor at all. The sandwiches they barely put any meat in them all bread like someone mentioned. The price they charge it is definitely not worth it. I used to live ordering out once a week here, but now just going to go elsewhere.
