We love MOKA... the lattes and other selections are always amazing. Perfectly served with a smile and a welcoming chat. The staff are the best - they welcome you, always ask you how your day is, engage you and leave you feeling like you actually matter. Onalaska, WI MOKA is a drive-through only but it is the best overall coffee spot we can not pass by!

This specific location is absolute garbage. 5 separate times now, I have been handed either an incorrect drink with insistence from the employees that they have made me the correct drink, or the correct drink that was made incorrectly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 5 different times hoping things would be different but after this last time, being handed a full cup of just straight foam, I am through with this location. I have not had a problem with the LaCrosse location but this Onalaska location I give 1/5 stars. The one star is for being welcoming, so thanks for that, at least.

I'm not sure why, but Moka just has the best tasting coffee among the other local express coffee shops! It also helps that Moka tends to be slightly cheaper than the rest. They usually get the line going really fast and you only wait for a little while before you keep going on your merry way with your coffee. They are definitely faster than Caribou. That being said, if you get in line behind cars already waiting and you don't have much time, you should know you're taking a gamble on getting to your destination on time. If you're late after that, that's not on them, that's on you.
Dietary restrictions: They have lots of non dairy milk options.
Can never go wrong with an iced latte. Delicious coffee!

I stopped as I wanted some express beans. I was talking to Anna the assistant manger and shared why I was getting them - to see if my 20 year old expression machine worked. The smallest size was 12 oz. Instead of making me buy it she offered to give me an enough to do a test! Thanks Anna!! BTW: the machine still works so I will be back for espresso beans!!!
