Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My wife and I met a friend for a sunday lunch after church. My wife's order was typed in properly but she got the wrong sauce on her order and elected to eat it anyway. The waiter was told about it but did not seem to care. My order was also put it wrong but I sent it back. It had been wrung up wrong. My order then came back corrected after my wife and friend finished their meal and they sat and watch me shovel in my meal. Not a relaxed way to eat. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed. The place was not that busy. If the food comes out as it is ordered it was good. But the waiter needs to be more careful typing in what was orderd. He even repeated it while taking the order and he still typed it in improperly. Not a fan of those Credit card readers that are on the table either. Will think twice at going back to this restaurant.

Staff was great and very helpful.

There during the week. Didn't have enough staff. Don't mind waiting but they can at least get you drinks and bread sticks, but they did not. Disappointed.

Always a good choice

It's a chain restaurant that features Italian foods--primarily pasta. The salad is pretty good and the breadsticks are usually pretty good.

Usually have a good time at Olive Garden. Everything was good till my soup was gone and the breadsticks were gone. Then someone came and asked if we wanted more breadsticks and soup! Never came then the manager came over and asked how it was going and we said 10 mins ago we were waiting on more breadsticks and soup. Then again it never showed up. Then the meal showed up and my water was gone and we never seen our server for a while. By then I was so disappointed that I asked for a box for all the food we had. Then after we got our boxes it took almost another 10 plus minutes for the server to come back and ask how we would be paying. I pay cash not using the thing at the table. So in all the whole dinner was very disappointing! We go out to eat as a family to relax and have a good time. That definitely didn’t happen!

Great food and service. Love the unlimited salad or soup with meals and of course unlimited bread sticks.

The experience was wonderful! I always enjoy my time and food at Olive Garden, but this time was exceptional because of our wait staff/server, Jayden! I have never had anyone so friendly, pleasant, accommodating, and helpful! She deserves special acknowledgment and certainly has something to offer others with her form of service. Will ask for her next time I am there! Thanks, Jayden! 🩷

My sister-in-laws 48th birthday lunch/dinner at Olive Garden was amazing!!! Did join waitlist online on the way for 6 people!!! Got in right to our table and food, service, atmosphere were right on point!!! The only thing we had was an issue paying at the end because you have to pay at the kiosk at your table and things weren't working right with our kiosk. I would recommend that customers can pay their bill at the front area instead of just on kiosk because not everyone knows how to use one or have the patience to do that when it's Olive Gardens responsibility to collect the money for the bill. Besides that frustration it was so yummy and great service and my sister-in-law enjoyed her birthday!!!

Went out for lunch today choose the garden was real good . Great service . Nice place for lunch.
